era 100 unable to connnect to wifi



I recently moved my router (had to unplug and plug back in) and since then my 2 Era 100’s have not been able to connect to wifi anymore. I have done factory reset, unplugged and plugged them back in. Uninstalled the Sonos app and reinstalled it. Reset my router. nothing seems to work.

Since you wiped everything with the Factory Reset you need to go back to the beginning and do the initial setup again.

You might need to move them closer (but more than a meter away) from your router and each other.



I have done this a few times now already. I should add as well that I seem to be able to airplay to them but not control them through the sonos app…..
