Stolen speakers

I was scammed and lost my pair of Sonos ONE speakers today. I still see it in my account and have the serial#. Obviously I cant get it back. But can it be disabled or something to make it unusable?

You could call Sonos about this. See what they can do.

Sonos usually will work with a police department for recovery issues. I suspect at some point they got ‘scammed’ themselves by couples breaking up and fighting over possession of the speakers.
