Recently  picked up a sonos one to add to my system… with the new sonos app update its been terrible experience... it says it requires an update… ive tried the update on my iphone 14, my wifes samsung and brothers phone and the update stops at 75% ( takes hours)..

ive rebooted the system

deleted and reinstalled app

unplugged router

phoned sonos (still couldnt help)

made a new system to try and add the speaker and no luck

 

any suggestions

Also been having this issue as well. I was in the Beta program, so I thought it was that and left. Unfortunately, still is happening to me and it’s driving me up a wall.

Have you tried connecting the One to your router with an ethernet cable to complete the update?
