I just received a diagnostic  code and this board suggested I post it to see if that might speed up help..

New router and can’t get the sonos on my phone to even start to look for system, much less allow me to input new network name.

The new Sonos app is having some teething problems. A workaround is to set your new wifi credentials to what they were on the old one. Then WiFi names and passwords match for all your devices. 


Is this a new router? Do you have a laptop with an ethernet cable so that you can plug directly into one of the routers LAN ports? A direct connection should give you access to the routers settings pages.
