Era 100: No products found


Over the last 20 days (after the app update), my Sonos Era 100 no longer shows up on the app… no big deal because I never used the app… but worse is Alexa no longer works on the Era 100. I’ve rebooted it, factory reset, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, restarted my WiFi, updated my access points’ firmware, unplugged the Era 100 for 15 seconds and plugged it back in. I feel like I’ve done everything and cannot get my Era 100 to work.

 

Basically my expensive Era 100 is just a basic Bluetooth speaker.
