Sub (Gen3) - Quiet

I've recently gotten the Sub Gen3 and paired it with my Era 100s.

So far, the connection seems fine, but the bass is way lower than I hoped (underwhelming). I'm not sure if I've done something wrong during setup, but currently, I have it set to +15, and it's still low.

I've factory reset my sub and both of my Era 100s, reset the Wi-Fi router, and reconnected everything, but it’s still not performing well. The bass remains underwhelming. I have Trueplay on, and I’ve tried turning it off and resetting it multiple times. I’ve also moved the sub around to see if that would change the volume, but nothing changed.

Is there anything else I can try to fix this? I'm certain it shouldn't be on +15 and still be this low. Honestly, my Era 100s have more impressive bass than the Sub Gen3.

What music source and music are you listening to? Tell us and we can confirm it sounds good to us or there is a problem with it.

That really sounds like you have a Sub issue but making sure before waiting for Sonos Support to get to your phone call is a good idea.
