Sonos One microphone button does not respond

Hey everyone,I recently got a Sonos Era 100 and overall I really like it – great bass for the size and a pleasant sound. But I’ve noticed two things: The highs sound a bit muffled compared to the mids and lows, even after running Trueplay. It feels like the left tweeter is slightly weaker than the right, especially when I run left/right channel tests. Has anyone else experienced the same with their Era 100, or is this just my unit / room placement?I have already replaced the model believing it was a hardware issue 😅Thanks in advance for your feedback 🙏

Hi,I did several tests but I can’t getting rid of an issue. My setup:beam2 + two ERA300 as surrond in one room 2 symfonisks placed in other rooms  amp connected to a turntable and a wired speakers in another roomIf I group music (Apple music, turntable…) everything sounds great. If I group the tv audio from the home theatre (beams2+eras) to any other room, audio comes out from the home theatre alone. From the app point of view the groped rooms are fine, I can adjust volumes etc, but audio don’t comes out.  Any suggestion?

Need some advice currently replacing my soundbar with 4 inputs to the Sonos arc, problem is i only  currently run one hdmi to TV and because that's in the wall i didn't want to run any more externally. Is it possible to connect Xbox/ firestick and sky box to a switch box and then one cable to the Arc?Any help would be grateful

I have two Sonos Connect Amp Gen 1 connected to a pair of KRK Rokit 5” and 8” speakers.  In both cases, there is LOTS of static coming from both speakers.  I paid $40 for two double shields RCA cables, and the static persists.  I’ve read a LOT of threads with people complaining that these Connect Amps produce static.  I’m 99% certain that the issue is with the Sonos Connect Amps, but thought I would ask regardless if anything can be done to eradicate the static.

How do I connect my Sonos Amp, with 2 6inch ceiling speakers, arc, sub, and 2 era 300 to a projector and get the best sound in the room

Sonos One acknoedges voice request but then fails to play  anything

Hi, I’m trying to add Amazon Alexa to my Sonos Beam (Gen 2), but I keep getting an error. Here’s what happens: I go to the Sonos app and choose to add Amazon Alexa. The app shows “Connecting to Amazon…” for a while. Then I get an error message: “There was a problem adding Amazon Alexa.”  I have tried several times, but the issue persists. My phone is connected to Wi-Fi, and the Sonos system is working fine otherwise. Has anyone experienced this? Any solutions or troubleshooting steps I can try?I´m enough of all those Sonos bugs… thanks

I received an email saying:Sonos Upgrade Programme30% off any new speakerA product in your system is now eligible for an upgrade. The best part? Your credit is worth even more for a limited time. But when I log in to my account it seems I only have a 15% upgrade offer. Please explainThanks

I am trying to play internet radio station TMM 1 (The Music Machine) on my Sonos system (two Symfonisk and one Play 5) using the S1 app on my iPhone, iPad and Windows laptop (all up to date)It just plays an ad, then “Welcome to TuneIn” then another ad and just keeps repeating. It does similar with TMM 2 and CDNX, but it will play “Radio X London”I’ve tried powering off all the Sonos units, restarting the router and powering the Sonos back up.I’ve tried adding the streaming URL using the S1 app on my laptop (Manage > Add radio station); none of the URLs I’ve found will work at all:https://msmn3.co/proxy/x1mp31/streamhttps://tunein.com/radio/TMM-1-s159857/http://tun.in/seYGpThe instructions in the link below do not work because the S1 TuneIn integration doesn’t allow me to log in, so does not show the favourites from the iPhone TuneIn app on the Sonos app:https://support.sonos.com/en-gb/article/use-tunein-to-add-internet-radio-station-urls-to-sonos

I just added a gen 1 Play:5 via the S1 app. I understand that I can group non airplay devices using the S2 app, but that option is greyed out and unselectable. Is there a way to get this to become ungreyed?

My speaker will no longer charge and turn on

Hi everyone, I currently have 2× Era 300 and use them mainly for music. Now I’m planning to add a Sonos Arc + Sub, and move the Eras behind the couch as surrounds. I also have a turntable connected, and I don’t want to listen to music primarily through the Arc — I’d like to keep music playback just on the Era 300 stereo pair, but when I play movies through Apple TV, I want the full setup (Arc + Sub + Era). 👉 Question:How can I set it up so that, for example, when I play something on Spotify it only plays through the Era 300, but when I start a movie it plays through the full system?

I have a 2x Sonos One stereo paired working with a Beam under my TV.I’d like to dig out my CD collection again and need some form of physical connection between the player & a speaker. Not wanting to break the bank, I’m looking at a refurbished Sonos Five for this connection - my question is can I set the Five up with the 2x Ones acting as a (new) stereo pair just when I want to play CDs? Do I need to set this up as a new room? Thanks all,JB

I have an indoor arc/sub for our entertainment system. I’m getting an outdoor projector for outdoor movies and would like to use Sonos speakers that connect indoors as well. What’s the best set up for outdoor speakers that connect indoors but can also be used with an outdoor projector? The outdoor projector will be portable so  no it can be used in different locations in the yard.

I can't seem to find equaliser anymore since the last app update. Android user: Archive, Sub and One SLs.

I know this question has been asked before but it has never been satisfactorily answered. I have 2 x Sonos Boost, one attached to my router and one upstairs to help signal to distant speakers.  The Boosts disappeared from the App after the big controversial update last year. They also don't appear in my "System Info" list. All I want to know is if the Boosts are doing anything at all?! Or am I just wasting electricity? Or if I need to reconnect them somehow? This is a simple yes or no question, and I'd appreciate if someone from Sonos could answer it instead of just some random conjecture. I will also note that I have a Sonos Port attached to my record player and my Wifi Router. I understand this also functions like a Boost. The Port works fine.

5 play ones all show in system, none connect to sonos1 anymore, on any device and 2 phones. Immediately goes to play store for update app. Can not get them to connect to Sonos s1 and can not find s2 help. I have 5 expensive bricks right now. Not happy. Was on phone with Sonos tech about an hour yesterday. They told me a new Sonos 1 app will be out in a few days, the one on my phone was released in July of this year. I just want them connected.

Please tell me ,if it is possible to connect a sub mini or sub 4 to a Sonos Amp wirelessly, or is it necessary for the Sub Mini and Sub 4  and the Sonos Amp to be connected with an Ethernet cable?

I have a Samsung TV - model number UE 50 MU6120 - I’ve had the beam connected to this for a number of years. It’s recently lost connection between the TV and the speaker - I’ve tried resetting the unit and running through the set up process again I get one of three errors I) “ARC connection not working” or ii ) “devices on the network are interfering with the ARC connection” or iii) “switch on ARC mode” when I try to set the expert settings - there’s nothing available saying ‘ARC’ or ‘CEC’ mode. The best I have is ‘HDMI input audio format’ saying whether you want to have it as ‘PCM’ or ‘bitstream’. Neither options work I’ve disconnected all other devices connected to the TV (removed the Roku stick, unplugged the DVD player) and removed all external device connections from the TV. Important to note that the WiFi connection is via a WiFi extender. This was working previously. The TV and Sonos system are both connected to the WiFi extender network. I’ve yet to try going into the admin set

Here is my current setup:Sony STR-DN1050 7.1 Receiver connected to in-ceiling (non-SONOS) speakers and sub. HDMI cable from Cable Box to Receiver. SONOS Connect as a line in to Receiver.Receiver and Cable Box are installed remotely in a closet. This works ok, but in order to listen to SONOS on my speakers, I have to turn the Receiver on and select the SONOS input.  I haven’t found a capability of doing that on my phone, which means I either have to control the receiver through my TV, which is finicky at best, or go to the closet to change the input.  Obviously, this is not ideal.  Also, it means that anytime I want to listen to SONOS, I can’t also watch TV as that comes through my receiver.I would prefer not to buy any new equipment, so with what I have, does anyone have any better ideas for how I can use my existing speakers for 7.1 surround sound, but also use them for SONOS without the above limitations? If the answer is that it just has to work that way, is there a Works with SONOS r

My Sub Gen 2 wont turn on, no lights, nothing. I’d like to replace it but it doesnt seem the Gen 4 is compatible with the rest of my system (Playbar and 2 Play 1s for theatre, Play 3 for living room, and other play 1s around the house)Is there a solution or am I best just getting out of the ecosystem now, as it’ll cost me a whole new theatre setup?

I ve tried multiple times but can’t connect my move 2 speaker via Bluetooth.

Arc Ultra at a customer's home, but the speech enhancement settings in the app show the three "old" presets instead of the new five. The app and ARC are updated.
