I received an email saying:

30% off any new speaker

A product in your system is now eligible for an upgrade. The best part? Your credit is worth even more for a limited time.

But when I log in to my account it seems I only have a 15% upgrade offer.

Please explain

The 30% limited offer will be reflected in your basket when you add an eligible product, assuming you have already activated the 15% upgrade credit on at least one of your products.
