Arc Ultra at a customer's home, but the speech enhancement settings in the app show the three "old" presets instead of the new five.
The app and ARC are updated.

If not currently signed in as owner please do so. If currently signed in as owner…Suggest deleting and reinstalling the app. Be sure to select Join existing system upon reinstalling, accept all prompts and sign-in with credentials. If that fails contact Sonos Tech support.


You should confirm  that the loaded app and firmware are the latest versions and the updater didn't miss installing one.
