My Connect:Amp occasionally drops-out and regularly stops tracks 10 seconds before the end. It continues to play the next track at the right time and stays in sync on timing with all my other Connect:Amps, Play 1s and Play 5, but just stops playing for the final 10 seconds.It is on the latest firmware. Every device is hard-wired. A reboot doesn’t make any difference.My setup has been stable (since some issues last year totally coincidentally about the time of the app debacle where some of the devices moved to new firmware and others didn’t. I now update them all manually so I can monitor updates and ensure they don’t break everything) except for this one device (and the general slowness of the app everyone has, of course). 

We have a pair (paired) Sonos Move in our sauna and have some issues with the connection being high jacked from other devices. Say my daughter is in the sauna playing music and after finishing up she leaves and turns off Spotify on her mobile. Then I go to the sauna and I connect to the Move and play music. Then, if my daughter turns on her Spotify again the Move switches to her mobile, even though I am playing music. What's weird is that my Spotify is still showing as connected to the Move, but her Spotify, now playing on the Move is not showing any connection or even that a Bluetooth device is connected. She can also adjust the volume on her phone. How can you make the Move to not connect to another device while being connected to another device already? 

I have an issue with my Sonos Ace update.The Sonos app shows "Update Available," but when I tap "Update," it says, "Your Sonos Ace is up to date." This notification loop won't go away.I have already tried extensive troubleshooting, including: * Rebooting all devices (router, phone, Ace). * Reinstalling the Sonos app. * Performing a factory reset on the Sonos Ace.None of these steps have fixed the problem.Is this a known issue, and is there a solution?

I have had my Sonos Arc for over 3 years and had no problems. The Arc mute light randomly decided to switch on and is now stuck on the mute light, and has been for the past two weeks. I have tried everything to fix it. I have disconnected all the power, inlcuding my tv and left it for two days, plugged everything back in, and the mute light comes straight back on. I have tried doing a factory reset on the device by holding the back button while plugging in the plug/cable, but again the mute lights comes straight back on. I have played with settings on my LG C1 tv, I have tried turning earc on and off, have turned simplink (hdmi-cec) on and off, but the mute lights stays on, i have tried resetting network settings on my tv, have tried pressing the mute button on my tv remote, i have tried pressing the buttons on my sonos arc but no button is responsive, i am just stuck with the mute light on the arc remaining on. I’m sadly having issues with the voice control on my Sonos Beam Gen. 2. I turned of the voice control a few days ago over the beam. I mainly did it to turn off the LED. Now I wanted to turn on Voice Control again, so i clicked on the microphone symbol on my Beam and the LED turned on again. When trying to actually use voice control, the Beam would not react. I tried to turn off Voice Control and turn it on again but when turning it off the LED would not turn off anymore (I tried it over the app and directly on the Beam). Now the LED is constantly on, the Voice Control doesn’t work anymore, and i’m completely clueless…Is there a known solution to my issue? Thanks for any help! 

Seems recently, within the most recent Sonos app update (80.20.35) I have noticed cutting out on one or more speakers within my system only when streaming Apple Music with a track in Hi_Res or ~Lossless format. Sometimes the speakers bounce from one to the other or cutout intermittently and then temporarily come back. (6 One SL’s, 1 Move, 1 Sub Gen2) All speakers on Wi-Fi - 5GHz (eero mesh)When this cutting out occurs I can see the Wi-Fi radio analytics spike to a ‘congested’ state within my eero mesh system. Streaming any of the other music services I used in the native Sonos app (Amazon music, Sonos Radio, iHeart, Sirius XM, ReListen) do not cause intermittent cut-outs or issues when streaming.When I stream to my Sonos speakers via AirPlay directly from the Apple Music app I do not have the speakers cutting out intermittently when a track is streaming Lossless or Hi_Res.This issue just came up in the most recent app update or perhaps it was the update before last week I noticed the i

My Roam has, as it does occasionally, moved locations, so I factory reset it and added it to a different S2 system. Added fine, connected to wifi, all good, but it reports itself as “not registered”. There’s a “Fix It” button, which pretends to do something, but it doesn’t really.This happens using my iPhone, my wife’s iPhone, her Mac and my PC. The Desktop apps refuse to allow any other speakers to be used. The Mobile apps allow basic access to other speakers, but block access to actual music selection (everything is greyed out).Digging into the topology XML I can see that the reason the Roam is quarantined is “upnpovertls”, which is curious. (This translates to UPnP Over TLS).I have reset the apps, ensured I am logged into the correct Sonos account, and still this Roam will not register, it is still quarantined.

When playing music from Apple Music in the Sonos app (not AirPlay), most tracks seem to correctly apply album-based loudness normalization. That’s great! However, if the song is only in Cloud Music Library (i.e. uploaded from my Mac and unavailable to be matched in Apple Music), no normalization is applied, and the song can be wildly louder or quieter, which makes the Apple Music–Sonos integration completely unusable for me, especially if I want to shuffle a playlist of mixed sources, which may have me frantically running for the volume slider between each track.These Cloud Music Library tracks have normalization data (iTunNORM tags) in them, whether scanned by Apple Music when adding to the library, or by a third party app. Apple Music has used iTunNORM tags since it was called iTunes, and it has always worked fairly reliably in Apple Music’s iOS apps (except when Apple randomly introduces AirPlay bugs, which they occasionally deign to fix). This is more a visual issue than a “real” issue but …..maybe someone knows so here goes: For your online profile (www.sonos.com → login) you can see all your Sonos devices you have added to your “system” over the years (My Account → System) on that email/login you have used.  It lists everything from speakers to controllers, for me it shows everything I’ve added since 2006 (ZP100) including various CR100 controllers - so everything under my email login for S1 devices.A lot of these devices I no longer own/have due to various reasons (broken/sold on/lost/upgraded) BUT they are still showing on my online profile.Note, these devices are *NOT* listed/showing on the S1 app anymore (expected behavior) as i no longer have them (broken/sold/lost/upgraded).Is there any way to get these deleted/removed from my profile??This issue is specifically for my S1 devices (and my online profile for S1).  I’ve not had to “remove” anything on my S2 profile, yet...but i suspect same issue. Yes, realise this

When I open the Sonos App, go to Amazon Music Service > My Music > Albums and choose an album from my Amazon library, no play, shuffle controls appear. This just started this last week or so and I’ve tried the usual: signing in and out, reinstalling, reauthorizing Amazon Music.  Anyone have the same issue? Support for Amazon and Sonos drew a blank and pointed fingers at each other.   

why can’t sonos keep various artist albums in one folder under compilations like it use to. every compilations album is now split into single songs.

building a custom sauna, and I wanted to install Sonos speakers in the sauna. it’s been impossible to get a direct answer from Sonos whether or not they make speakers that can withstand the humidity and heat of a sauna. Does anyone know if you can use Sonos speakers in a sauna? When I did a chat with customer support, they said they don’t have any products they recommend, but I’ve seen lots of people have Sonos products in their sauna

I am going to put in a call to Sonos next week when I can. Just received my Sonos ace and when connecting to Sonos Arc volume is still very low even at 100%. Have seen all the discussions on how to may fix but still no resolution even after 8 months+ from release. This is shocking.. think I will be returning mine if this cannot be resolved quickly. Took advantage of the 30% off offer but now think this was too good to be true. Surely the tv swap should be flawless being the Sonos ace main USP!  am I missing anything to resolve this issue? thanks 

How do I give my daughter access to control music selections on my Sonos system

So, for the past 3/4 years. I have had the ARC and sub working flawlessly with my older non-4k Samsung TV. It had a Direct TV Stream box and Apple TV. Here is how it was connected:ARC to TV-  HDMI to optical out using the Sonos dongle Direct TV Stream to TV-  HDMIApple TV to TV-   HDMIVolume was controlled with either remote(Direct TV or Apple TV remotes) and you would see the ARC respond to any volume changes via the lights on the front of the ARC. The TV would show that it was using external speakers.OK, everything worked great. Now here comes the issue.I get a new Sony Bravia 4k TV and did a basic swap. The only thing I changed during the swap was I removed the HDMI to Optical dongle and went straight to the HDMI/ARC port on the TV. Now it nothing comes out of the ARC. I even swapped tt with a newer ARC just in case it was stuck on the old settings but it still didnt work. hello.Roam2 plugged into USB-C charger (5V - 3A) showing “Incompatible Power Supply. Roam 2 isn't charging properly”.It does charge to 100% (although discharges faster than I'd expect when power is turned off).have tried other adapters, same error.is this significant? thanks

Hello,I’m considering buying Roam2 as a remplacement of my previous portable speaker that I used for my pc. The pc is a few years old and has no bluetooth. My previous speaker (Bose) could be used either with bluetooth, or by being directly connected to the PC via USB.Is Roam2 similar? Can it be plugged directly to the PC without using bluetooth? Thanks a lot for you help!

Hi there,My current setup in the living room: An Arc, a pair of One SL as surrounds, and a Sub gen4.I have recently purchased a pair of Kef R3 meta and am using Cambridge Evo 75 as amp. Just bought a Sonos Port and have successfully connected the Kefs to the port via RCA cables. However, the volume output on the Kefs is extremely low when port is selected as its input source, especially when the volume control on the Sonos app is set to Fixed or Variable. I have switched to Pass-through and tried manually adjusting volume via the amp, which is slightly better but I’d still have to bump it up to above 50db minimum to notice anything. Volume limit is set to 100%. There’s no line-in source on the port because I am only looking to group the Kefs with the sonos system together when I am using the TV. Arc is linked to TV via an HDMI cable.The Kefs and Cambridge evo are perfectly working fine on their own.

My music library disappeared after the May update like many other people. Tried all of the solutions put forward by other people but none worked. Decided to give up and find other systems that would play my music library in the Sonos sound bar. Recently decided to see if Sonos had solved my problem. There was now an update your music library key. Not sure if that was there before or not but tried it anyway. It seemed to work, but then came up with the message that it was indexing my library. It has now been indexing for a week and so I still cannot access my library. Any suggestions, not very computer literate so no compilated solutions.  

Every time I disconnect my Sonos One (like if I move) I have a very difficult time reconnecting. I can’t for the life of me get it to connect now even though I did a factory reset, updated the wi-fi network successfully, tried the new and the old apps. I’m at a complete loss and after 2 hours of trying everything I can think of, I want to shed a few tears. I also noticed that I got a prompt a few times to “log in as owner” which makes no sense because there’s no option other than regular log in for either app. Please tell me there’s some very simple way to get my speaker working!
