Good morning, Just purchased the e Sony Bravia 8 Model XR-65A80K.  I have a pre-existing SONOS Arc, Sub Woofer and 2 ONE-SL.  The ARC is attached to the SONY TV via the audio Fiber port.  The  4 HDMI ports have connected: Cable TV provider set top box; Apple TV 4K; HP Google Chrome box; and Sony 4K disc player.  The remote for the Cable TV set top box is able to change the audio volume of the SONOS ARC. The Cable TV set top box is a Xi6-T Model TX061AE1. The issue I’m experiencing is the SONY TV’S remote and the Apple TV’s remote is not able to control the SONOS Arc’s audio volume.  The TV responds with “Adjust Volume on Audio System”.  With 4 HDMI connected device, I would prefer to use the Fibre Audio port for SONOS connectivity.  I have tried contacting SONY Support.  They telephone IVR system keeps hanging up the call before getting to a Tech Support Agent.  Chat was not very helpful.  Thoughts?

I’m in search of a longer power cable for my ERA 300’s? Does Sonos sell one?

HejJeg har i et stykke tid oplevet, at jeg hver dag på ny skal logge ind på yousee musik i Sonos. Hvordan får jeg yousee musik til at forblive logget ind? Er der ændrede i aftalen med yousee ?vh Søren

New. Adjusted. Updated. Compared to my Bose QC35 ll and Bose buds, sound disappointing. Fuzzy, compressed, poor base. Android phone. Sonos Arc.

I’m having issues updating alarms in Sonos. I can open and delete and I can also create a new alarm as long as I don’t make any changes to it, but the moment I change the time, repeat and sound it doesn’t save. The app is up to date and I’ve tried restarting my phone, (Galaxy A40), resetting the app, reinstalling it and have also turned the speaker itself (Era 100) off but so far nothing has worked. If anyone could help I’d much appreciate it as I rely on these alarms to get ready for work in the morning and my starting hours can change on a weekly basis (hence why I need multiple).

Why does your system force all IOS users of your app to expose their exact GPS location to simply connect a speaker to a base station?

Can you still use Trueplay, for room Acoustics on a playbar please, keeps coming up not compatible, I have lates app, iPad up to date etc

Hi, I hope everyone is doing well.  I am enjoying my new Sonos home theater system   I have a Samsung flatscreen connected to my Apple TV. I have the HDMI going directly to the Samsung.  Is this the best way to set it up?  Or should I be connected directly to the Apple TV? I’ve noticed that most of the sound coming is Dolby digital        Thank you for your reply

My question is in a title

About to purchase arc ultra for its ability to offer clear voice and purchase wireless headphones as well- wondering if the two products could work together meaning that I have the headphones on listening to tv show so I can hear the vocals better but everyone else in the room can listen to the arc ultra? Or is it only one or the other? Listen to the tv show with the headphones or the arc?

Hi, I would like to know your recommendations to clean the dust inside the sub mini. Can I use a soft cloth or something to clean carefully the speakers? They have a lot of dust in the bottom side of the speaker cones. Thanks!

Hello team, does anyone else find JioSaavn music service to be very temperamental?now when I click it it doesn’t show anything.ive gone to reauthorise but after logging into to JioSaavn and clicking “authorise” on the Sonos app, Sonos just hangs with a spinning circle.

Since the Sonos ecosystem has (or should I say had - read on...), for me, calmed down a lot recently I took the plunge to replace some of my older speakers with new. This ended up as a full Ultra/Era300/Sub4 surround setup and and Era100 pair. However on successfully introducing these to my system, which went very smoothly, I can not access my local music (NAS sourced) on any of the new speakers. All pre-existing speakers are fine. I have tried:Resetting a few of the new speakers and re-introducing Creating a new music folder in an existing share Creating a new music share Re-adding a removed & reset Play:1 to my system Splitting the surround system into component speakers  Multiple reboots of speakers and all network componentsThe speakers have all had last weeks firmware update and this did not address the problem. All speakers are on the same (unchanged) network. All are in the same positions the speakers they are replacing were and now some, for testing, are next to pre-existin

Bonjour,Depuis quelques temps, j’ai systématiquement le message d’erreur “impossible de se connecter à Plex” alors que mon compte est bien associé au compte et que Sonos accède bien à ma bibliothèque Plex. Moderator edit:Google Translate-Hello,For some time now, I've been consistently getting the error message "Unable to connect to Plex" even though my account is properly linked and Sonos is accessing my Plex library.

Following a network change in my house, my entire Sonos system disconnected, and it is impossible for me to reconnect it.I tried everything, delete the system, recreate a new one, disconnect and even return to the old network but impossible. Each time, the application can no longer detect my system or at least connect. Because I have a message telling me that it has found a system on this network, but as soon as I click to connect the application tells me that it is connected to the system, but it never appears in the application. As if it had never happened?Could you help me please

hi all,i bought my Sonos ace a couple of weeks ago, and update with the new firmware.when i used it with my phone or laptop via bluetooth the sound is realy pretty good, but unfortunately via swap tv is realy "meh " ... even with true cinema enabled ... volume is too low at 60% ( wich is the base volume setting when you swap to the tv ) and i need to turn up the volume at 90% to ear something "acceptable" to my ears .. and no, i'm not deaf.i tried to reset my Ace twice and update also all my speakers system to the last firmware version ( beam gen1, sub gen3, 2x one SL ) and also my ace with the latest fiirmware but nothing changed. 😞 what should i do?

For four years since I installed the Arc and Sub, I have controlled the volume of the Arc with the Cox remote control, and the volume of the TV speakers never changed, always muted. This morning the TV volume started changing when the remote was used to adjust the Arc (home theatre) volume. I have no idea what may have changed.Even more frustrating and confusing is the TV speakers do not always change. The volume changes sometimes, not every time. The ARC is connected to the TV via the ARC output.Any ideas?
