Can I make a Bluetooth connection to Sonos Ray and listen to Spotify or radio from my mobile

You won’t connect by Bluetooth as the Ray cannot play Bluetooth audio.
You can add Spotify as a music service within Sonos app and connect that way (using Wi-Fi), or via Spotify Connect using the native Spotify app.
Sonos Radio is available from Sonos app, or you can add another radio service.
Airplay 2 is another method to connect to your Ray depending on what mobile you have.
