About to purchase arc ultra for its ability to offer clear voice and purchase wireless headphones as well- wondering if the two products could work together meaning that I have the headphones on listening to tv show so I can hear the vocals better but everyone else in the room can listen to the arc ultra? Or is it only one or the other? Listen to the tv show with the headphones or the arc?

No, it is one or the other. When the Ace is connected to the soundbar, it turns off the soundbar.

Usually it’s one or the other, you’ll hear sound through the Arc Ultra or the headphones, not both at the same time. You’d need a special adapter or TV feature to run them together.
