Assuming there are no issues with the Ace, remember that not all products from a manufacturer will suit or meet expectations. Presumably you prefer Arc over Bose soundbars, from your post? 
That said: it may be worth speaking to Sonos support to rule out a faulty product, if all of your system is up to date?
