Comment régler son Mini sub ?Moderator edit:Google Translate-How to adjust your Mini sub?

I’ve had the Ace headphones since the day it came out and have not really experienced any problems.Ever since version 3.1.4 i’ve been having issues with the Microphone Volume. While using video conferencing software my microphone volume significantly drops and people on the other end are not able to hear me. It’s also erratic, sometimes I can be on a call for 30 seconds and it immediately drops out, other times I can be on multiple calls and it only drops out after 5 minutes. I’ve factory reset the headphones, which makes it work for a few calls - but then it immediately starts reducing the volume again. Its almost as though the background noise filter is picking up my voice and trying to cancel it out. It’s gotten so bad that I cannot use the mic on the headphones anymore and I have to use my laptop or webcamera microphone. Is this a known issue, and do we know when this will be rectified?I’m using a Mac

I am new to Sonos.  I have a couple of older Play 3.  I stream music from my iphone.  I would like to be able to allow my wife to access the speakers from her iphone when I am away.  How do I do this?

Hi, I have the following setup:LG C4 OLED (connected via HDMI ARC to Beam)Installed Kodi on LG C4Sonos BeamThe problem is that when i try to play a kodi movie in dolby 5.1, I get PCM 2.0 or stereo 2.0 when in Sonos app. When I play movie in Prime and Netflix (app in TV) I get 5.1 sound when I check in Sonos app.I’m pretty sure (I might be wrong..) that this worked before, couple a weeks back but I had problem with sound sync with 4K movies and started re-config, I solved the sync but lost 5.1. I can’t find my way back to 5.1 and after 1h of trying I gave up. Has anyone had any luck getting 5.1 with the same setup as I have and still have the sound synk?Thank you!

Why won't my Sonos Era 300 allow me to sign in to my Amazon account. Tried several times and it won't sign in to my Amazon account

Geez, this app is getting worse and worse.  I have version 80.14.09.   When I stream a playlist or queue from Spotify (or any provider) the individual songs are no longer separated by a pause.  In other orders, as a song is ending, but not quite finished yet, the next one starts immediately without a pause.  Any solutions (besides an entirely reprogrammed app)?app

I have two Spotify accounts linked to my Sonos system (A Account and B Account). I want my family to use the A Account with Alexa at home while I'm at work, so it doesn't interrupt my use of the B Account when I'm outside the house. Is there a workaround for this? Thanks!"

HI,I’m struggling with getting 2 x ERA 300 and a sub4 to talk to each other. At the moment my Sonos cannot ‘see’ my 5GHz channel. My modem (AX90) broadcasts on 2 5GHz Networks. 5GHz-1 has channel 36-48. 5GHz-2 has channels 100-161. Do the ERA 300 or Sub4 have channels that they prefer or cannot see? Thanks in advance.

My system works fine on my iPhone but when I try to access it via the app on my wife’s iPhone, the system doesn’t exist.  It’s the same problem regardless of whether I sign in on my own account or my wife’s account. It asks me to update my network settings or setup a new system. The former fails and I don’t want to risk the latter in case it ruins my existing system, fixed by Sonos expert earlier today. This has never been a problem until now as we’ve both been able to access the same Sonos system independently from our iPhones by signing into our individual accounts.

I am unable to add any songs from Spotify to the Sonos queue via the S1 app.

Waarom niet een simpele + en een - om het volume van en per box in te stellen.  Met wat dikke vingers is het nu lastig, zeker volume omlaag. Zit heel dicht bij zijkant scherm doe er wat mee a.u.b.  Moderator Edit - Translation by Google:Why not a simple + and a - to set the volume of and per box.  With somewhat fat fingers it is now difficult, especially volume down. Sits very close to the side of the screen please do something with it

I own two SONOS systems, one at the cottage (where I am the administrator) and the other one at home (where my son is the administrator). How can I access all the services set-up on the local SONOS system without having to login as the administrator? I tried closing the SONOS APP and reopening it without success on iPadOS and iOS.We chose to use different administrators on the two separate systems for convenience (e.g. managing updates, setting up different services account). We share our SONOS accounts details in order to resolve (too many) frequent issues on the local Wi-Fi network. Along with the many other frustrating issues with the SONOS 2 APP, I don’t know how I can easily access the services on each system without having to login as the administrator of a given system. Example : When I come back home from the cottage, I select the Home system on the Home Wi-Fi system where I see all the separate room speakers, but I cannot see the services (e.g. TuneIn, Spotify) associated with

Hi all, I have this issue since a few weeks. The Sonos App keeps saying that I need to login as system owner, bur of course I am the system owner. So I cannot add new devices or change settings. I have already tried to uninstall the app but nothing has changed, I also tried to use a new Android device to connect with the Sonos system but I still have the same message. I have contacted the Sonos assistance online but no help so far. I am using an Android device. Thank you in advance for your help.

Whenever I try to link google to Sonos I get that SONOS IS UNREACHABLE error. This has been ongoing for the past 4 days since I got my new device. At this point I am better off returning it and sticking to another brand of speakers.

My wife and I both have valid accounts but we only need one (mine). Since hers was the original account she had ownership, which we’ve now transferred to me. The message Transfer Completed” indicated that this was successful but when I sign in to Manage the settings I get “Something went wrong” and am told to sign in as the owner so the system still thinks my wife’s the owner. I’ve deleted her account but the message says that I’ll get an email in a few days to confirm the deletion. I can still login to either account. The reason for switching ownership is because we now have the Amazon Alexa app and Amazon Music, for which I am the subscriber. I’m having problems playing Amazon Music probably because of the conflict of ownership so I’m hoping that setting the Sonos and Music accounts in my name will solve the problem but I can’t transfer the ownership to me! How can I fix this?

Hello! My music library resides on a NAS system and I use the Android app. I rip my own mp3s and the software I have used sometimes created a .m3u file when I rip a whole album.  Most of these playlists show up under the ‘Imported Playlist’ section of my Music Library in the app. I thought I would try creating my own .m3u playlists of various tracks.I am using the VLC media player (Linux) and a text editor to create the files.  VLC created playlists use a URL to the file  (eg file:///home/Music/AC-DC/High_Voltage/05-TNT.mp3).  I didn’t think Sonos would understand this so I have a version of that file that uses relative paths (eg AC-DC/High_Voltage/05-TNT.mp3). I have Sonos update the content and neither playlist shows up.  I even deleted and re-added the Music library and neither shows up.I tried creating a new directory and putting the playlists in there and neither the folder nor the playlists show up after rescanning the music library.  I am out of ideas on how to troubleshoot this.

Tried everything including resetting etc. getting the same error (see images)

Hello,I am unable to detect sonos beam gen 2 during google assitant activation. I am on the same network (spotify or else are working fine). What can i do ?Regards

I have an outstanding B&W Sub.  Could I use Arc Ultra and synchronize it for home theater?  Or could I use a Connect with Sub-Out to the powered sub I already own?  If not, has anyone placed a Sub3 or Sub4 in an enclosed box under a TV?  I want to build the sub into the wall cause my wife insists it will not be in the room...

I can use the speakers from the computer app just fine, but the iPhone app keeps flashing continuously between the library and Your System screen so it is unusable. The iPhone app shows the right song being played, so it is connecting to the speakers, but it can't be used because the screen keeps flipping back and forth so the clicks go to random buttons.Speakers are updated, iPhone and computer apps are updated (iPhone version is 80.14.09)

Hi everyone,This is a follow-up to my recent question about Sonos connectivity issues. I’m trying to get a better grasp of how the Sonos network operates when you have a mix of older devices (like Playbar, Play 1, Play 3) and newer ones (like the Era 100, Move, and Roam). I’ve heard that when using a mesh WiFi system, issues can arise, and a common suggestion is to plug one of the older devices into your router via Ethernet to fix them. I’m curious about the explanation behind this. Why does this solve connectivity issues? For context, my Sonos app has been acting weird lately. I can see all my devices in the app, and I can even adjust the volume on my Playbar, but I can’t actually launch any music or use other features on other sonos devices even though they appear in the app. I was also unable to update a newly purchased Era 100. Is this kind of partial functionality due to a connectivity problem between my app and the Sonos system, or could it be an issue with how the Sonos devices a

I am new to Sonos speaker use.I am having trouble getting my Win 11 PC music file to transfer to the Sonos music library. It seems to be showing but will not play. The message appearing when attempting to play a song choice pops up “It does not exist”First level tech attempt to trouble shoot for 1.5 hrs. today until I asked to be escalated, so now I wait for a email to schedule a time to book the next level tech.Any dumbed down level suggestions? Has anyone else experienced the same issue?JT

If you install the ERA300s in a upside down position near the ceiling, do you have to change specific settings, or do you just need to run Trueplay?

I have a TCL 55c745k TV and just purchased a beam 2. I am unable to get the soundbar to output to Atmos with Disney plus or 4k blu rays? My Xbox series x shows that without the soundbar, it can process Atmos, but with It plugged into the EARC with HDMI 2.1  cable, it says I can't output it anymore.  Please can someone help me with this, otherwise I may just sell it and find another way to output atmos
