I have created a queue and want to save as a playlist but don’t seem to be able to. Is this right? So if I navigate away from the queue (or to listen to a radio station), how do I get back to the queue if I can’t save it as a playlist?why have you made a really easy system so damn hard to use? Perhaps time to move away from Sonos to a more flexible system (like Sonos pioneered!)

My Era100 won’t keep the coneection and turns off when used with my PC.When playing music from my phone there is no problem. But when I play from AppleMusic and Youtube via my computer it shuts down after about 10 seconds.Other times it keeps the connection for a longer while, but either way, it never actually play the sounds. It is connected but no sounds come out from either my PC or the Era100. The PC’s sound output is always set to the Era100.So it is has nothing to do with bluetooth or wifi connection - those are stable when I use my phone. Also the speaker is located right next to my wifi and I have another Era100 further away, with no issues. And my PC has no problem keeping bluetooth connection with my mouse and keyboard, so it shouldn’t be that either.Hope someone can help?

I’ve just added an album with 19 tracks to my NASUsing the Windows desktop apps:Sonos S1 has ‘updated the music library’, added on entry with 19 tracksSonos S2 has updated the music library with 4 entries:                 Album 1 has 16 entries                 Album 2 has 1 entry                 Album 3 has 1 entry                 Album 4 has 1 entryWhy?

De spraakassistent doet al meer dan een jaar helemaal niets. Hij hoort mij niet en geeft dus nooit antwoord. Irritant Moderator Edit: Google Translate -  The voice assistant has not done anything for more than a year. He doesn't hear me and therefore never answers. Annoying

hello, since your app rleases on 09 and 12 December, there is now a new problem for voice-over users navigating away from the now playing screen. when you use this feature to either find out more info about the track playing, or when watching TV for turning speech enhancement and night sound on and off, it is no longer possible to close this screen via the button at the top left. this fault was present at the launch of the new app, but was resolved in July 2024, but it’s back once again! previously there used to be a close button at the top left of the screen, and also a dialogue to “close pop-up window” but these have both disappeared. At present the only way round this is to use the (very unreliable) two finger scrub jesture in voice-over, or alternatively to close the app completely and then restart the app. Are any other voice-over users experiencing this fault? also can this bug be looked at by your development team and resolved as soon as possible please. it’s really disappointin

I’m planning on getting the Era 300 speaker but have a query on getting the best out of my set-up.I’m currently subscribed to Apple Music and was planning on using the line in connection from the speaker to my MacBook Pro via a HELM DAC/aux cable. Will this enable me to listen to Apple Music Hi-Res lossless or at least 24bit/48khz? Or have I missed something?

HiIs there away to check warranty on your sonos products

We have two different issues with Alexa and volume:1- when asking something, the response comes very, very loud. We have tried to set the volume on the app (both Sonos and Alexa) but it makes no difference. We have also tried to set up the volume with the buttons and then ask Alexa to remember that volume as our preferred volume, but nothing works. Not nice for either us or the neighbours.2- when playing the radio or music (doesn't matter through which platform) and we ask Alexa to turn the volume up or down, it goes up way to loud or way to low. Tried to change the command to "turn the volume up by 1" but it doesn't work. We also use a Google speaker and never had that issue with volume control. Unfortunately, we don't seem able to switch to Google voice control. Can anyone help fix that please?

Hi. So even after the new update thr album and channel art for SiriisXM is erratic. It loads correctly the 1st time when the app is opened. After that, it appears to always lag a song or station behind on any Android device. Change the channel and it displays thr artwork for the previous channel. Issue for me only on androidn devices. IOS appears to.be far more functional with this at thr moment. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall app to see if was an on phone queue issue with no improvement Thank You.

Hi all,I'm in the UK and in the process of setting up Google Assistant with my Arc.In order to play music I need to select a default music player in Google Home to associate with the Sonos.I would like to select Sonos Radio as my default source rather than YouTube Music but I can't find a way to select it, either in Google Home or via the new Sonos app.Would someone be kind enough to assist? Many thanks

HiI have an arc ultra and sub gen 3 setup app and system fully up to date.Last night I turned my TV off and 5 minutes or so later I noticed a flashing light, it was the sub gen 3 light blinking white, it lasted about 20 seconds, arc ultra was fine.I checked the Sonos app and my mesh internet Eero app and all was fine nothing seemed to have dropped off from the sonos app or lost connection.Anyone have any idea what this flashing white light could mean?I think it means it’s rebooting, but not sure? Thank you

Updated app yesterday and now nothing works - 2 hrs waiting and then dealing with helpdesk - router rebooted 4 times all 20 devices rebooted, controllers reloaded several times, moved to Sonos channel 1 and still not working. Approximately 5 hrs of wasted time, pls help. Helpdesk claim it is a known problem which isn’t particularly helpful - a known solution would be better and a timeframe for when it will get fixed - another massive Sonos own goal.

New ARC owner here. Installed today (by the retailers installation service). It’s connected to the TV and that seems to be working. I have the Sonos app on my iPhone13 and have run through the setup (many times) and it fails to register. The app recognises the ARC, is connected (in “About My System”) and it is added to my “Family Room” but shows as “Not Registered”. I’ve reset the router, have both the ARC and the iPhone on the 2.4GHz side of the wifi. The ARC shows up as a connected device in the router admin. I’ve tried it with an ethernet cable. I’ve reset the app several times, done the factory reset on the ARC several times. Nothing I do seems to be able to get me past the register stage. My account on the Sonos website shows no registered products in my System.  It feels like there’s nothing working at the other end for the app to communicate with.  Any ideas?  Thanks.    Roman

I just bought a Sonos Arc Ultra. Sonos Voice will turn on my Samsung S90C and will adjust the volume fine, but it won’t turn off my tv. I hear the chime that it recognizes the command, but it isn’t being communicated to the TV for some reason.  Alexa has worse issues: it just says “I don’t see a device labeled TV.” I followed the general troubleshooting instructions:Plug/unplug check eArc check CEC  uninstall Sonos voice and reinstallProblem is, after the uninstall and unplug, this actually made it worse: at first I could not get Sonos Voice to reinstall, then when it randomly did finally install, neither Sonos nor Alexa would work at all (mic was on, VC light was lit). I updated the network, and that made it so I can at least have VC for turning on, volume, and music.  If anyone has any idea of how to fix this WITHOUT going through the generic troubleshooting steps again, I would love to hear it.   Otherwise, not a major issue, treat this post as a PSA/bug report.

Hi all!I must say the apple music on my Arc Ultra really blew me away. One thing is not clear to me.When listening to simple stereo music the rears mimic the arc i.e. i get stereo on front and stereo on back.if i move the surround music tab to plus or minus i shift the volume from front to back. If i move te surrounds music slider to plus or minus when listening to atmos mix, what difference will it make? Thank youNeven

I’m looking to get a set of Bluetooth headphones. I can’t justify buying the new Sonos ones so my question is are all Bluetooth’ phones compatible with my Sonos system which consists of , Beam,Port,Mini Woofer and two One SL surround speakers? Thanks in advance.

There were rumors on the release of Sonos Premiere, the multi-zone Sonos amplifier to be released in H2 2024. Does any one have information on this?  Sonos Port is also ageing and an update with possible Atmos, Hi-fi support would be appealing.

Hello, I moved some furniture in my office and decided I wanted to use TruePlay again. I went in the app and when it went to confirm the speakers it came back as failed. I have 3 different amps with 3 different pairs of Sonos architectural speakers that aren’t working. I’ve had this setup for over 2 years and nothing has changed which leads me to believe it’s software based. Has anyone else noticed their amps not “seeing” the Sonos speakers?

Hi, I have the Beam gen 2 status light turned off in app.Over last week when I change volume with remote the light now flashes white.I’m sure I’d have noticed this before now.Does anyone else have same issue.

Since a few days I have a problem that I can’t use both Speakers (Move 1 / One SL) at the same time.I’ve reset both speakers and started the system from scratch, to no avail.I add the Move, then I add the One SL, as soon as the One SL is added, the Move disappears. It does not create 2 systems (Switch Systems only shows 1 System). As soon as I unplug the One SL, the Move is back in the App.Both speakers show as Online in the Sonos Account.I guess a recent update created this mess for me?What can I do?Thx

The Sonos Windows is taking 30 seconds to startup everytime I launch it. It goes through a few screens such as System not available and then finally completes successfully. Any sugestions for what is causing the issue? Sonos App 16.5, Windows 11 Pro 22H2

The problem is that sometimes when you put on a playlist, the songs play for a period of time,  30 seconds, other times 20 seconds and it jumps to the next song without finishing the onePlease help me for this problem.

Hi, I want to check with the serial no. if the sonos move I bought secon hand is a real sonos product. Serial no, is S/N A100 22077WC **************Can you pls help me?Moderator edit: recorded and removed serial number

My music library is stored on a NAS. The  Windows 10 version of  the app runs correctly and picks up the the Music Library successfully. However, I would like to be able to do the same with the SONOS app  running on Android but I am unable to achieve this outcome.I have tried several paths to no avail. Is it a question of waiting until another update is delivered.
