When I start playing music a circular ring begins to animate around the pause icon and after it completes a full circle the music stops. This is obviously some sort of timer function that I never turned on and don’t know how to turn it off. Does anyone know what this is?  

Hello everyone my question is so in one room i have 2x sonos five and sonos ultra plus sub 4 but i noticed as soon i turn on sub 4 , my fives stops giving bass,  so what i did , i unpaired sonos fives and added room 1 random even if they are in same room then playing music through same chanel instead of surround i have separated them  but if i want to have two profiles one for music like this and one for movies as stereo is it possible to do that? Instead of every time connecting fives to room 1 ? Like switching between profiles? Lets say one profile is stereo and second profile is surround. As i notice when i do so os separately bass improves twice so for me for music sounds like i have two sub4 otherwise if i use surrounds fives stops giving bass and reduces bass so much 

I am trying to setup a sonos S1 which has been upgraded with S2 software.Sonos one has flashing green led - and app finds device Sonos one makes noise for PIN and app finds device.  I am unable to connect device to router either by wifi or directly with ethernet cable i have checked phone/device on same network I have tried using WPA2 or (WPA+WPA2_ options on router - although direct connection should make this irrelevent I have rebooted sonos one and router many times all other devices in house connect to wifi without issues I have separate 5G and 24G wifi’s - I have tried both.Any help appreciated.Oh  PS… I do not have ‘update network’ option visible in the sonos app...

The other day one of my Era 300's started doing the strangest thing, beeping randomly and status light flashing all different colours. So just turned it off. Just reset it and selected the room where my Arc and other Era 300 and sub is but it just sets up the Lounge 2 and doesn't add the speaker to Lounge.I tried to change the room but then end up with 2 rooms called Lounge. Unable to connect stereo pair as it says no other speaker available. Hoping someone can help, surely this is a simple thing to fix, just can't seem to work it out. Thanks

Hi,I changed my router to Zyxel DX3300-T0. After that Sonos app does not find Move. Router has WPA3 security protocol and I wonder if Move does not support that?

Just purchased Starlink Gen 3 and my Sonos (Player 1) will not connect (cannot be detected).  I am not tech savvy and I am looking for help with an explanation in non tech language if possible.  I have used TP-link router prior to Starlink for my other internet service.  Can my Sonos system be “found” using Starlink network somehow?  Thank you for any help, step by step is best.

Hi all.I am running a Jellyfin server with DLNA plugins installed and running for my home audio content. I the Jellyfin server correctly identifies all 7 of my Sonos products, yet my Sonos S2 app doesn’t ‘see’ anything from Jellyfin at all.It is my understanding that there used to be some UPNP and DLNA on and off switch somewhere within the app - that I cannot find on my latest android Sonos app.Can somebody please tell me where this is?!

Hi everyone, so today I noticed that my whole setup was stuck at 15 in volume. What I mean is that every time I turned the volume up or down, it would change on its own and go back to 15. After resetting, unpairing, etc., I found out that one of my Era 100s was causing the issue. It’s also started to sound very bad, like only the treble is working. Has anyone had a similar experience? What did you do, and do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi,I have a question I have a Sonos Arc in the living room and a Sonos Beam in another room; now the first one is showed in my router with ip address but the second (Beam) is not showed.The soundbar it seems to work but, even rebooting the router, it is not showing in the router address table.Can you please advise why this happens?Thank you

My wife and I both have Apple phones. We can’t seem to both be logged into the Sonos app to control the system— I was logged in, but she wasn’t, and when she logged in and connected to the system, then I couldn’t get in anymore. We’re both logged in through the same email and password. Is this a common problem? Is there a solution?

I have a Sonos Beam Gen.2 hooked to an LG TV and I use an nVidia TV Shield Pro for streaming. Everything works perfectly when I’m watching regular TV or playing on the Playstation 5. I can see in the Sonos mobile app various TV channels operating in Dolby Digital 2.0 or Dolby Digital 5.1. On the PS5 the sound is DTS Surround 5.1. Both TV and Playstation sound work flawlessly. The problem starts when I watch Netflix, Prime Video or Plex from the nVidia TV Shield. Occasionally, about once or twice per hour, the sound just stops working out of the blue while the video keeps running. The temporary fix I found is to cycle the sound output of the TV back to internal TV speakers, then after 1 sec of sound on speakers, the TV switches automatically back to Audio Out (Optical/HDMI ARC) and, magically, the Beam sound works again. Until it happens again 20 min later. I also detect sometimes a bit of skipping or small cracking or popping, but it’s very mild. Usually these smaller things happen mor

I have been using ROAM. I haven't used it for a while, but when I tried to connect to bluetooth I couldn't.I have reset the roam to factory settings and initialized the apps, but I can't connect to Wi-Fi before I set it up. How can I get it to work?

Hello All, My system consists of a Sony 65’ A95L, A Sonos ARC 1st Gen, 2x Era 300s, and a Sub Gen 3. The ARC is mounted with my TV on a Sanus Extendable Wall Mount for Arc.Latley iv been looking at upgrading to the Arc Ultra, I already know that yes this mount will work for the Arc Ultra but this is not why I’m here today.So I found this video on YouTube: In the video he talks about how the Sonos Wall mounts Have magnets in them to tell the Sonos ARC that it is mounted.  Then I stummbled on this old Sonos Community thread from a while back without a real answer if this Sanus ARC Mount had the magnets that told the soundbar it was mounted or not.A user by the name Mark P said “I'll submit a feature request to our development team. When I try to select a Spotify playlist, my alarm is not updated. The selected music stays the same.

I just received arc ultra, to swap over from my arc setup with gen 2 sub and gen 3 sub. I have been on phone to Sonos for 1½ hours. They have said gen2 sub and gen3 sub won’t work as my old setup. I need to replace my sub gen 2.ti gen 3 or gen 4.
