i recently bought a Sonos arc ultra with a sub gen 4. i hooked it up to my Sony a80L tv, went through setup. when i play Dolby Atmos content regardless from what source whether its MAX, Disney, ETC the audio will cut out for a split second (very fast but annoying) every 3-5 seconds. i have gone through my tv settings and made sure eArc is on auto, audio is set to passthrough, etc. nothing seems to fix the problem. the issue does not happen with non dolby content.

Are you using the TV’s native apps?
