Connecting Upstairs Arc and Downstairs Beam on one system

Hello-

I have been using the ARC on my family room TV and love it. Just upgraded my TV in the basement and purchased the beam to go with it. Is it possible to have the ARC and BEAM  Gen 2 on the same household system so that i don’t have to switch systems everytime i want to utilize a speaker on the Sonos App?

It seems that i can only connect Sonos One or Woofers/Subs to an existing sound bar on one system. In order to add another sound bar (on a different TV), i need to add it to a new system.

Any ideas? Thank you

Factory Reset will trash music service settings, SONOS Playlists, network settings, Room names, and such. Factory Reset all the units in the system that will require the least amount of work when you add these units to the permanent system. Pay strict attention as you “add” these reset units, because it’s a bit too easy to setup a “new system” — recreating the same mess that you have now.

This will be a messy process. Fortunately, it is a one time job. You can slightly reduce the mess if you enable the Installer Setup.

You should have started out with one Sonos System, then added your new Sonos to that system. If you have multiple systems you need to pick the one you want to keep and then move the other Sonos devices to it.

Thank you for the response. Assuming I can factory reset one of them and add to existing system?
