75% of the timeI try to use it my Sonos doesn't work.  I have 4 different device and it can't find any system when I am standing next to the router and device.

I have 2 homes, and want to be able see the custom playlists I use at my main residence. Is there a way to do this. When I get to my Cabin, it’s my account, but it’s like starting over. Any tricks appreciated as I have put lots of time into this! Thanks

I have An Arc Ultra two Era 300 surrounds and a Sub 4. I also have a LG G4 OLED TV, Nvidia Shield, Roku Ultra 2024, and a Oppo UDP-203 Blu-Ray player with an OREI 4K HDMI Audio Extractor for eARC HDA-929.Problem: Audio from the left or right surround flutters on/off at random from either surround speaker. It does the from the LG G4 TV, the Blu-Ray player, the Roku, and the Nvidia Shield. I tested it on each device with a YouTube 5.1 Surround check video as well as other adios tests there. I checked the Blu-Ray player the Avia Guide to Home Theater DVD. The problem is reproducible on all of these devices. The Era 300 Surround speakers are using Wi-Fi, while the Arc Ultra is using Ethernet.Note that the on/off fluttering occurs at random to either surround speaker.

Hi, For the past 4 months I am having intermittent issues with my system.  I have 6 Sonos devices. Many are hardwired to an Amplifi mesh network. The mesh-points are all on an ethernet backbone (except one). All Sonos devices that are not on ethernet are within 10' of a mesh-point. Computer, iphone, ipad and sonos system are all up to date.  Sonos app is many times unresponsive (press play/pause nothing happens, or says playing on all speakers but some rooms are not playing). I have factory reset all the Sonos devices Several of the Sonos speakers are hardwired to ethernet backbone Amplifi cubesAll speakers are within 10' of Amplifi cubesIssue happens when streaming Pandora/Spotify or playing local music filesThe issue can happen when there is no other significant network trafficInternet speed test 700mbs, no jitter or latency Any ideas? Thanks SYSTEM DETAILSAssociated Product: 192.168.0.30---------------------------------Connect:Amp: DeskSerial Number:Sonos OS: S2Version: 16.4.4 (buil

Hi all! I just recently bought a Sonos Ace, and I created my account to add them to the Sonos App. Researching a little bit about the functionalities I noticed I can add content services such as Apple Music (my case), Spotify, Amazon Music, etc. to the App; but my surprise it’s I can’t add those services in the App, literally the function is unable. Is this function only available in certain regions? I live in Mexico and all the services I listed before are available. I already uninstalled the App and reset it, but it looks this didn’t work at all. So, idk if this an issue with App, or if I need to do some trick. Thanks!

So, even after six months the app is not stable. Search is a lottery as to what results show. BUT Sonos can keep placing adverts in the app that take up ⅓ of the screen.

Als ik probeer in te loggen in de app als systeemeigenaar, krijg ik steeds de melding dat er iets mis loopt. Ik kan niets toevoegen of aanpassen aan mijn systeem. Hoe komt dit?

The Sonos app does not respond or only responds with a very long delay, e.g. adjusting the volume, switching off music

In an earlier conversation, Sonos said that fixing this is not a priority which makes this even more frustrating.  I have 4-5 Sonos products.  Earlier this week Alexa simply stopped working on the Sonos products.  I removed Alexa then tried to reinstall it.  My app (worst app update ever - people should lose their jobs) tries to restore Alexa but cannot sign into Amazon.  Just an endless cycle.

Hi there, I’m trying to adjust some settings but before I even get there I’m told to sign out then sign back in again. When I attempt to do this I get the exact same message. What gives?! I’ve got a little too much bass coming out of my sub and I just want to turn it down a little.

My sonos port is connected by wire to my CD player. My era300 speaker is in a different room. Until recently, I could play cds through the era300. Last week, the sound stopped coming through the speaker, even though the app shows it as playing. I've been on the help line twice. When I try synching the speaker while the cd is playing through port, still no sound comes through. I haven't made any changes. Any ideas why this is happening?

Hi, I have a Sonos AMP gen 3, but it does not reset to factory settings, only the white light flashes, I followed and applied all the instructions but I did not get any results

Since I changed my WiFi and set everything back up touching the play button on top of the speakers no music plays like it use to.  Any suggestions

How do I connect my Play 1 to a new internet supplier

I have an ageing Maranttz CD player that is non Bluetooth. It has Analogue Output L and R at the rear. Can I buy a device that will plug into this output, convert the signal to Bluetooth and then play through the Era100 ? I can see all sorts of devices available but I am thoroughly confused. Two other questions please while I am here. What is the quality like ? Are there better converters to buy ?I understand a single Era100 has stereo capability. Does connecting like this maintain stereo sound ?Thanks everyone for any advice

When will we be able to connect a sub 4 to play five speakers. Please make this happen. Mod edit: Removed email address

My sonos won't connect no more with myTv. All cables are right connected, i've restarted all systems, but no sound out the tv.Sonos Radio does work properly..What am I doing wrong?

I have a Beam Gen 2. When I turn on the TV, there is no sound for about 3 minutes, then it's fine. Is this normal?

For years i’ve been able to create a que of SiriusXM on demand shows in the Sonos app.  Suddenly that has been taken away???i can play one show but I can no longer “add to end of Que.”. That option no longer shows up.is this intentional?

It is hard to describe… but after the update a few days ago I have noticed a very annoying search behavior on my iPad and iPhone… when displaying hits from different sources the app screen stops half way … not showing hits from all sources. Then after a while the rest is shown… the app errors apparently never stops… gosh. Also, my local library often disappears… I have to restart the app to get it back in the search results (if this part of the screen is not frozen of course).Anyone…?

Maybe Im missing this - from the phone app, can I still play a music source on some speakers, and a different source on other speakers? Classical upstairs and Rock downstairs (on the same network) from the phone app? I know I’ve done this, but I’m missing something here. Thanks

Hi all! When we are grouping Beam gen 2 + 2 Era 100 we have no sound on one Era… Each product is working individually and also when they are bonded as surrounds for Beam. The only issue is when grouping the 3 products. We are grouping rooms for regular playback, not for the TV sound.Could this problem be related to some router settings eventually?

Just got these two components set up via the app and later realized I could not play movies, etc… via bluetooth connection from a laptop. Why? I tried the 3.5mm cable to the Five but the sound was terrible and the lag was nearly three seconds delayed. I found a potential solution online in which I could use a Roam speaker as a bluetooth waypoint and link it to the Five and sub. Have others set this up and been happy with it?The sound and style of the speakers is great but if I cannot use for bluetooth I’ll jave to return everything.
