Unfortunately, you haven’t provided enough information in order to allow the community to assist, so your question is unanswerable. My guess is, like most people, there are network issues, but that’s merely an unfounded assumption on my part.
Really disappointed with Sonos Move, the app doesn't work, tried to connect via Bluetooth to have it as speaker, I got it to work once last year, I have 2 Sonos Move and they hardly work to be such expensive devices.
