How can I change the language in the community to German 

I have transferred my music library to my IPad from my pc.  The music appears in my “Music” app on the iPad and plays on the iPad.However, my Sonos S1 app does not recognize this local music source.On my android phone, my local music appears as “On this Mobile Device” and plays over same connect system.Any ideas?

I bought Sonos five today an connected them successfully to Sonos S2. Have used Sub gen 1 in a S1 system before. Removed the Sub from the S1. Reseted to factory. Sonos S2 still does not find the Sub. Why?

Do I have to adjust the volume of my era 100 speakers during setup or does it happen by itself? If I have to do it then how is it done?

My arch will not recognize my era 300 so it can make surround sound. Whats going on?

He also said he would link how to fix the situation in the email and there as nothing attached and no instructions. It seems the support person misunderstood the situation. Hi all,I have a Sonos system all through my house and a turntable connected to a (non-sonos) amp.  If I would like to connect this amp to the sonos system and play my spotify or radio, I’ll just need to buy a Sonos port and connect the sonos port outs to the amp’s ins. I get that.But here it is: I would like to connect the music I play on my turntable to the rest of my sonos system as well, so I could use the rec out of my amp to the ins of the sonos port. Right? Or will this create some kind of short circuit loop that will blow everything to pieces and I should be better of with buying two sonos ports (I hope not :)). Thanks!

My Sonos Roam SL has stopped working. reset and reboot don't work? The status led does not come on at all. The only led that comes on is the charge led , which stays on permanent solid orange.

Everything connected by WiFi.  I have Apple Music and YouTube Music connected in the app. Recently Apple Music has essentially stopped working and as far as I can see from the other topics there is some issue related to the lossless support that was added by Apple. The app displays that it is playing a track, the lossless icon is present but no sound is played, it can play for a few seconds and then sound disappears. Via airplay all Apple Music tracks play just fine. YouTube music works well. Having looked at all the topics related to this issue on the forum I see there were some recommendations to reconnect the system, etc. That did not help. Is the Sonos (or Apple ?) team working on the solution to the problem? Just want to understand if it is something related to any of m

HelloI currently have an Arc, Sub and two Sonos Ones.I currently have my Sonos Ones mounted on the wall in the corners. It has served me well for a few years but I am tempted to upgrade to Era 300.The Era 300 I think would need to be mounted just out from the corner, but am I doing this right? I see a lot of people saying to put them on stands but I don’t really have that sort of room and the wall would certainly be better?Also given where I have them, would I need to invert mount them or would standard orientation be OK?Thank you for any advice.Matthew  

I have two Era 100 speaker and a Roam. The two Era 100s operate fine on the home wifi system. I can see the Roam but when I choose to play “everywhere” including the Roam I get a message “Unable to connect. Try later.” They are all showing in settings as being visible and on the same wifi system. I have tried re-setting wifi etc. Any ideas?

Ok to place a sub mini in wood cabinet? Front door taken off. Leaving enclosed top, bottom, both sides and back. Cabinet enclosure is 13” x 13”. For sub mini. Thank you friends. 

Hey everyone,My system is well connected to my WiFi. It shows all my speakers and surround in the app as being connected and available. But the app seems unable to actually send / play the music or any other service to the system. When pushing play the icon just kind of is on hold as if it’s trying to connect. i have updated the system and reconnected to my WiFi a million times now. what am I missing?? Greetings from Denmark🇩🇰

I have a peloton that only streams bluetooth, but a TV with HDMI arc. Currently I have a bluetooth to RCA, sonos amp, two definitive front speakers and a definitive subwoofer. I’m looking to swap out the definitive fronts but keep the sub. Can I add two sonos era 100s as the front replacement and group them with the sonos amp? I need both bluetooth and HDMI arc connections. Also FWIW, sonos would benefit adding bluetooth in their amps or beams (perhaps even putting a HDMI arc connection in the era 300s) to avoid people having to pay $1k for that feature in the ARCs that support HDMI arc.

When if ever will i be able to play DRM again. Trying to convert my library isn’t easy and it hasn’t worked with Apple music like the articles say. Sometimes it creates a new version of a song that  might play . Sometimes it doesn’t. Problem not solved. I want to know who else to use because I have friends about to invest in Sonos and i told  them not to buy  whatever else is on the market. I’ve probably wasted 10k. There should be an option to use old software of away. I want my money back. I’ve been conned. 

I tried to factory reset my Gen 2 sub but I started the process before it fully powered off and now it’s in a state of resetting but never finishing. Anyway I can fix this? I’ve tried restarting the process and it didn’t change anything. 

Hello I have had a Sonos system with a Connect: Amp powering two in ceiling speakers and a beam gen 2. Recently the 2 ceiling speakers stopped working. They are all still connected in the same room (as seen on the app) the connect: amp is connected via Ethernet but the beam is not. Both the beam and connect: amp used to work when I first added the beam. I’ve tried resetting my router and factory resting both the amp and beam. I have no idea what else to do. Please help !!!

Hello I need to update my system to use a new WiFi network. It has just two speakers, a 'One SL' and a 'Play:1'I understand I should first update the network settings for the 'One SL' via the app but, as this process is not supported for the 'Play:1', I need to do 'Factory Reset' for it before adding back to the system. Is this correct?If I do this, do I keep my Sonos playlists, Spotify service connection etc? In other words, are they all kept on the 'One SL' unit after it's reconfigured and later synchronised with the 'Play:1' once the 'Play:1' is added back to the system?Thanks 

Hello everyone,I’m a new owner of the Sub Mini speaker. Before that, I had a system using Beam Gen 2 and three Symfonisk Gen 2 of which two were used as a surround set up for the Beam while third was a separate speaker in another room.I moved to my new apartment last summer and had to change three different networks/routers and it was never a problem connecting the system to the new router altogether. However, once I tried connecting Sub Mini yesterday evening, everything collapsed and the entire system stopped working.I have since reseted each speaker multiple times and started connecting them again, but I could rarely get them to work. The latest method I tried is brining them to another room which has my router in where I connected the speaker by ethernet cable. I was able to connect them, update network setting (to continue using them after disconnecting from ethernet) but once I disconnect them and move to another room, the speaker disappears from the app. However, I tried disconn

I quite fancy the new Era 300 speaker and still want to play my CD collectionI am looking at the Denon set up, can I play my cd’s on this to a Sonos 300?It’s not a wi-fi cd player but will it work if I connect the player directly into the speaker.Thanks all 

Hi there,I have exactly the same feature request(s) as here:I have a projector setup with a retractable screen in front of a window, so a Sonos soundbar was never going to work for me. However I like the Sonos ecosystem and wanted a speaker setup for 3 primary use cases:good quality speakers for music could also be used for a home theatre setup could be used for a voice assistant I had the idea to use 2x Era 100s as a stereo pair for my main speakers. But to get my different AV sources passing audio to them via the projector, I thought using an Amp with the ARC was the way to go. Finally I added a sub mini into the mix for good measure.Before I committed to the purchase I phoned Sonos technical support to see if this setup would work: “sure” they said, “just make sure your projector has ARC”.Unfortunately after purchasing I realised their response was a bit misleading, as I found out to my detriment that the Amp wouldn’t pair the Era 100s as front speakers, only rear channels. Technica

I know Sonos doesn’t offer advanced Trueplay on Android due to variability in hardware (mic) but since Sonos produces portable speakers with built in mics, wouldn’t it be possible to setup means to use Sonos Roam/Move speaker mic to perform advanced trueplay at multiple listening positions for other Sonos products (ie Beam) using Android phone?
