I have been running a new Amp with my older Sonos 1s and 5 for a couple years now with no problems. But a couple weeks ago the touch controls stopped working on the Amp. Has anyone else had this problems with the Sonos S1 app?Everything else functions, just not the touch controls on the Amp.

Why is is still so hard to get connected to my speakers through the Sonos app? Doesn't recognise my speaks more often than not. Will they ever fix this problem and get back to the way things used to be! 

First of all: I am not a native speaker, so please excuse any strange or humble expression…. Some days ago an update to the MacOS Sonos controller app appeared. Guess what: Still no fix regarding “My own library” hosted on a local (Mac) server still using iTunes and not Apple music. While → any ← network related app can connect via → any ← network protocol Sonos still refuses to add the music library (error 913, wrong password / user, stopping adding the library and else). Even network rendering from 3D apps and video compression still work flawless, not to mention several “smart home devices” that work like a charm, too. I refuse to use a NAS because of being in need of that MacOS server hosted on an Intel Mac Mini.None of the following (modified for security reasons) connection types works: \\IP1.IP2.IP3.IP4\Media\iTunes\\itunes-server.a.well.known.router.device\Media\iTunes\\itunes-server\Media\iTunes\\itunes-server.local\Media\iTunes\\iTunes-Server._afpovertcp._tcp.local\Media\iTun

I have a problem. I have an arc ultra and it works fine. But when I turn the tv off , after every 2h It switches the tv on even at night. I don’t know why. When I disconnect soundbar everything returns to normal. Does anyone have idea what to do. Please help. I have Samsung tv, and they the problem is not the tv but soundbar 

Play 1 speakers disappeared playbar and surround sound play 1’s present and working any ideas how to reconnect missing play 1’s ? Cheers. 

I have just purchased a Move 2.I have downloaded the Sonos app, registered and logged in. I have added the speaker to the app.The app is repeatedly asking me to “sign out and sign back in as the owner to manage settings” I am the owner! I have also ‘Transferred System Ownership’ using the tab at the bottom of the settings page, but still no luck.My Spotify is playing music, and the Move 2 comes up as an option to play music via, and I have selected this, but no music is coming through the speaker! I have done a hard reset on the speaker. I have logged in and out multiple times on the app.

Hi, our Sonos One speakers stopped playing local nz radio around ten days ago. We use Alexa for voice control. She ahappily confirms/repeats our demand for play radio national on IHeart radio, but only silence with static clicks follows. Radio fine with tune in and both, IHeart and tune in are playing radio national nz on our Amazon echo dot, too. Problem based in Sonia or with IHeart radio.

Hi . When I open up the app the default language is no longer English. Same with email messages received . How do I change ? 

I have an Arc Ultra with 2 paired Era 300s in a Living Room system.   If Sonos Voice Control is setup on the Arc Ultra, should enable it also on the paired Era 300s also or would this confuse the system?

I just bought 2xERA 100 and 1xBeam (Gen2) (still waiting for delivery of Beam). I used S1 until yesterday for my 4 Play:1 and Connect. For a very long time it has been possible to update the app, I have waited since Connect is not compatible, but now I decided to take the step. And I wish I would not have!! I do not have to repeat what so many have said already concerning playlists (unfortunately I did not know until today after setup and testing). But I am asking, WHEN is it coming? Another question I have: I really hope it will be possible to use voice control to play songs from my own library! If that is not coming I will certainly return my new speakers. 

I would like a function to create alarm groups that I can use only for the alarms.In the morning when the alarm goes off, I would like to play the radio for a group of speakers where we are in the morning. But in the evening when I turn on my TV (that is one of the speakers in the morning), I don't want the TV sound to be in all rooms.I don't want to turn off the group every evening when we are going to watch TV and then turn the group back on when we go to bed so that the alarm works again in the morning.

Hi, my Sonos Port is connected via Ethernet cable to my router. However, when I check the “Connection” setting, the option to disable WIFI is grayed out. It is like it doesn’t know it is wired to the router. Any ideas? Thanks!

Båda har olika konton (det i Sverige, har min frus konto, och i Portugal, har mitt konto) varför kan jag bara komma åt mitt system i Portugal med min frus konto och inte mitt? Hi We can’t select Sonos Radio anymore (it started about a week ago) :On both Android and iOS:Message Sonos Radio Account is expired appears After clicking the proposed buttons to ‘re-authorize’ Same message reappears in an endless loopWe have multiple Sonos products, everything is updated.I can find many related topics, but the only suggestion I found is “Use desktop app”, which is not a solution to me.Is there a solution available?Regards Rohalt

How does the Roam 2 get it’s power ?

We are older and have trouble hearing when individuals are speaking.  What could I do to correct this?Would adding surround speakers help this?   Thanks.

I have an issue with my KPN box decoder.I only get stereo sound no matter what I use, tv , apps like Netflix etc.they say because this is a bug of the KPN box and Panasonic (my tv) say sits because of the hdmi that is going to my tv that is not blue to send Dolby .anyone else here with the same problem?

Been with bt arc work great with surround speakers now changed to virgin media with hub 5 now cannot connect arc just keep saying password wrong when it's not driving me up wall things or never simple anyone have a fix to get me up and running 😀 

Play 5 speaker became incompatible with sonos 1 app so updated to sonos 2 app but cant add play 5 speaker to it but it plays play 3 ?

Good afternoon! 2.5 years ago my colleague asked me to support his home theatre system (around 20+ Sonos devices). There were some glitches before, but today I faced with sign in loop and constant ownership problems. Each time I want to update system, Sonos App tells me to sign in a an owner. In a couple of steps I was able to sign in as an owner (picture is attached) but according Sonos App I’m still not an owner and can not do anything.  I found similar case in support forum, but it’s closed now.
