How do i access the sonos arc menu
Are you referring to the Arcs settings?
If so, tap the gear icon in the top right of the home screen, then select the room with the Arc.

The code comes up when trying to register,system is connected because i can increase the volume,if that helps
What code? You didn't state you had error codes. Can you post which code?
