We have a wall mounted TV connected to a Beam 2 with two era 100s and a sub in our lounge. We also have a Hisense C2 on a stand with wheels so we can move it between our master bedroom and the lounge. I was hoping to get a second Beam 2 and attach it to my projector stand and then drive the audio from which ever Beam we are playing through. If we are using the projector in the lounge, I was hoping to also use the sub and the era 100’s.I haven't added both beams to the same room as I don't want the lounge playing if we are using the projector in the bedroom. The challenge I have is if I try to play audio from the projector with its beam 2 in the lounge, the beam 2 connected to the tv with era 100’s seems to have a issues with lag and disconnecting. It wouldn't bother me if it was just lag as I could turn the volume on the beam 2 connected directly to the projector, but the flakey audio is an issue. It doesn't seem to have issues the other way around.Any ideas on how to solve this or do i

I have a sonos amp connected to ceiling speakers in my kitchen. The amp is in a cupboard and the speakers are hard wired back to the cupboard. My wife has bought me a Pro-Ject T1 Phono SB Turntable and I am wondering how I can get it to play through my ceiling  speakers. I am really hoping there is a way to connect it all up wirelessly.

Hi. I’ve decided to create my new home theatre with Beam 2, 2 Sonos 100s and Sub mini. My audio and video sources is AppleTv 4k and I use FHD projector. So obviously my Beam is on on side of the room where the projector is casting the image and the projector is on the outset side (circa 7 m / 22 ft away). Im to make it all work I read and watched few suggestions that I must use an HDMI matrix/splitter as my projector won’t allow me to use eARC. So I bought devices like EZCoo Model：EZ-SP22H2EARCO or its brother EZ-SW21H21A-EO. The challenge I see is while I connect it all together to test with short (eg 2-3 meter HDMI like the white one from Sonos box) it does play Dolby Atmos movies and music from AppleTv. When I then connect it all as it should be with a long HDMI cable (15 m/50 ft) across the room it doesn’t recognize the signal (I guess as eARC) and plays only Dolby Digital or Multichannel PCM. So I know that now with new iOS 18.x you can Airplay 2 with Dolby Atmos too. nie I wonder

this app gets worse and worsethe moblie version is entirely trashits a jokeyou’re making fun of people for buying these productsthe app doesn’t work and the speakers become useless so quickits laughableall the way to the bank.how you keep pushing out this trash is legendarykodos for selling this trash so well.it doesn’t matter anymorekeep ‘winning”you have no self respect as a product or companyyoure just a garbage factory and we’re all doomed to hell.thanks for the trash.

I access the Sonos app on Samsung tablet. I have a friend who sends me playlists, or did so a year ago or more. But now when he does, they show up in Apple Music but not on the Apple Music service I use through Sonos. I am hearing that this is a recent problem and that something in the code of the playlist is creating this problem. I don’t have an error message, the playlist doesn’t appear.

My beam stopped working while in use and would not power up, I put it aside after a number of attempts to get it going. Some months later I decided to try again, it worked for about twenty minutes and has not worked since. Can it be repaired and if so is there a recommended repairer in New Zealand?

Trying to connect this sub to a Sonos amp and all I’m getting is a constant hum as for ceilings speakers play music but no audio through sub. Have played with all setting in app to match settings in back of sub but still a hum when I plug in both rca ports. Even tried another sub and still managed to hum so don’t believe it’s the cord or sub issue. I haven’t tried a ground loop yet and will have link below to what cord I am using but am just stuck. Confused as if I’m using the wrong cord or not?Amazon Basics 3.5 Aux to 2 x RCA... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01D5H8KO2?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

No issues with internet speed (consistently above Sonos requirements) no data limit issues either ans we consistently use only 50-60% of monthly allotment.  Only the ERA 300 speaker having connection issues.  Have an older Play speaker that is outside in a shop that works just fine where the wi-fi signal has to pass through grarage walls and shop walls.  The SL speaker is connected by ethernet to ISP router.  ERA 300 is “ganged” with the SL speaker as it had been constantly disconnecting from wi-fi.  No walls between SL and ERA 300.  ERA 300 shows green light.  App shows the speaker is connected and streaming…. but no audio.  I see that wi-fi extenders are not supported by Sonos.  Looking for a solution to ERA 300 connection issues.

Hello,All of my speakers except my Sonos Move are showing not connected. I went through and re-added each speaker but was having delay issues so I restarted the app and all speakers went "Not Connected" again. This is the same on multiple controllers. Help.

This is my first time using Sonus and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I can't connect Qobuz, my preferred streaming service, and then I find out that I can't install Spotify either.  Absolute shambles of a product. Disgrace.

I have a Sonos Arc, a Sub, and two One SL speakers.  Would like to add a turntable and be able to play on my existing Sonos System.  If I get a Sonos Turn table and Sonos Amp can those be played through my Sonos system? Can I add Sonos Speakers to a office in home room and a patio and those speakers play what the Turn Table is playing? For the office in home what speakers would you recommend, room is about 12 by 14 feet.

why when using NAPSTER in SONOS - most of the PINK FLOYD lps are not available in SONOS_- but are available on NAPSTER??

HiQuestion for you all.  I now have in my arsenal two pairs of era 300 downstairs in my house and an older play 1 in the kitchen.  If I play an atmos track/album on the two pair fine, not a problem, if I then add in the kitchen speaker it knocks down the playback on all the speakers to ultra HD.  If I take off the kitchen speaker the playback goes back up to atmos.  This is the question: If I upgrade the kitchen speaker to an ERA 100 will it still downgrade the playback on all the other atmos capable speakers or not? Thanks in advance for any help

"Sonos Google Assistent bevestigingen uitschakelen". Hoe doe je dit? Moderator Note - Translation by Google: “Turn off Sonos Google Assistant confirmations”. How do you do this?

I just purchased an Arc and wish to mount it on a wall that is fully loaded  with air ducts.  Is the Arc light enough to mount on the wall just in the sheet rock as oppose to into a stud?  I’m not comfortable mounting the TV on the wall but hope to mount the Arc soundbar.  Please advise.

The Living room has two Play 5 (Gen 1) configured with stereo and a Sub. One speaker (on the left) won’t play the split stereo sound.  I’ve disconnected the power to the Bridge and re-started it.  When I try TRuplay, it stops because it can’t hear the one speaker.  I switched the sides of where the Play 5s, and the trouble switched from the right side to the left.  I disconnected the sub and that did nothing.  I repeatedly disconnected the stereo configuration and then reconnected it.  In the media room has a soundbar connected to the TV and a Sonos Connect that runs our turntable.  So far the problems have been isolated to the Living Room.Any advice is appreciated.  Do I have a dead Play 5?  Thanks.

Hi Considering purchasing Ace headphones for Sonos compatibility but still have Playbase as main TV soundbar. Its paired with Sub Mini which is newer tech - is there no way you’ll be incorporating TV audio swap for Playbase ( it’s newer than Playbar) or able to work via Mini?it’s just a dealbreaker over the £100 extra over say Sony or Sennheiser quality ANC headphones otherwise thanks

Every week or so I have to reauthorize Sonos Radio. Previous to the new app, I did not need to do this.I see that this issue has been raised before 3 or 4 years ago, but I don’t see any references to this issue currently.
