My beam stopped working while in use and would not power up, I put it aside after a number of attempts to get it going. Some months later I decided to try again, it worked for about twenty minutes and has not worked since.

Can it be repaired and if so is there a recommended repairer in New Zealand?

Have you removed and reinserted the power cord, making sure it is fully seated? Folks tend to not push it in far enough so this is always worth a try.

Best to call Sonos Support before you do anything else. If you haven’t opened it they can sometimes offer a discount on a replacement.

I think I’ve heard of a repair shop in England, not a lot of places could do much but replace a few power supply components.
