Hi, I want to check with the serial no. if the sonos move I bought secon hand is a real sonos product.

 

Serial no, is S/N A100 22077WC **************

Can you pls help me?

Ask the seller to provide it (and there is no guaranty that the seller will provide you the S/N of what they’re sending to you, just a picture or S/N of ‘a’ device), and call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
