Does anyone know how I can get rid of previous playlists. My daughter had family Spotify of which I was part but we have now moved over to Apple Music (Spotify account has been deleted). Unfortunately, I didn’t remove my playlists. They are now greyed out and I don’t know how to get rid of them. Can anyone help.

Can I use the app on my Android device, and Airplay on an iPhone at the same time? I have multiple speakers in my system, I would like to play content on one speaker using the app, my wife would like to play different content on another speaker using Airplay… at the same time. So far we can’t figure out how to make this work.

Is anyone els still not able to set an alarm of any kind on the app? It lets you set it up then your check back and it’s gone….yes everything is up to date. It’s been MONTHS since the alarms disappeared they are bound to have a fix

Hiei have an old Samsung tv that does not have Bluetooth, so I just bought Move 2 speaker and a Bluetooth transmitter that runs through the audio system of the tv .Now my problem is how do I connect the speaker to the tv as I have not seen the option to search for Bluetooth devices on the Sonos app. Can someone help me on this please.

Hi how I can connect my Sonos bridge…. Don’t work, I was trying nearly 3 hours… I reset this account and this little box still doesn’t work

Using LG tv with attached beam 2. Cannot keep the app connected to the system.

Hello,I have bought the new SONOS Arc Ultra with 2 Era 300 and a Sub Mini. Here is my question. Since my TV only supports HDMI Arc, what are the best audio settings to choose on the PS5?As I understood, I should select under “Audio Output” and “HDMI Device Type” “AV Amplifier” and under “Number of channels” “7.1 channels”.What should I choose under "Audio Format "Priority"? Normally I would select Dolby Atmos, but my TV does not support HDMI eArc, so the big question is which format to select:    Linear PCM     Dolby Atmos     Dolby Audio     or DTS?Your help would be much appreciated.Best regards,Marc

I have 2 play 5 gen 1 speakers which I’ve had for 10 years. They occasionally would stop playing music but in the last year have become really bad with one of them frequently stopping playing all together. Any advice on how to improve this? Our internet is fine and they are close to the router. Is a factory reset and reset of system worth a try. I don’t really want to replace them

Hi guys, recently bought an Era 100 + Project T1 turntable to listen to my vinyls. The Era 100 works brillantly with the T1 but I do not seem to get behind how I can connect my other SONOS speakers (Play:1 and Beam) to it. I fear I am missing something essential here …Thank you for any help in advance. Felix

some of my speakers are showing that they are connected via the app and that there should be sound but I need to manually power the speak before sound can be heard

I connect all my items (amp, Move2 and Era 100), but the dissappear from the app. I can still play spotify through spotify, bit in Sonos app there is cero… This is my first experience with Sonos and I am not impressed..

Now I just upgraded tot MACOS 15.1 and Sonos can not find my system anymore.Firewall is On, but Sonos App and SonosLibraryServer are both allowed incoming connections as said in the instructions.Setting the Firewall off, does not solve the problem.Off course the system is there, my androids are still working. Please advise.

Anyone know how to fix error 913? Mac OS 13.6.6 Cheers.

Hi there,One of the main features I expect when playing music is that I can easily switch to the album related to the song currently being played. How does this work 8n the new app? When I play music, e.g. see below, and I click the 3 dots at the bottom right of the pop up window (see below) I get this screen this screen of course completely lacks any functionality related to the album.any ideas on how to work around this? Or does anyone know if this major feature will be added any time soon to the new app?

When playing Dolby Atmos Spatial Audio through a pair of Era 300’s, how are the individual Atmos channels distributed across the combination drivers in the speaker pair? I’ve tried to locate information on this topic on Reddit, YouTube, etc, but could not find any specific details. Any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Community,Would like to have the confirmation that Sonos arc ultra is compatible with TT pro ject T1 EVO BT ?Does someone have this configuration ?Many thanks for your help.RegardsFred

My Sonos is offline on all radio stations. Anybody else having connection problems?

Hello team. I’m using a Sonos Connect to connect the Sonos ecosystem to my analog speakers. My current issue is when I use the Sonos app and play Apple Music to my Sonos Connect--so the line out is through my analog speakers--every song at some point it skips slightly. Think of a record skipping on a record player. My setup for the line out is Connect > Mini Amp (Pyle) > non-powered analog speakers. I have tried going from RCA cables between the Connect and Mini Amp, as well as RCA to Digital (using a converter on Amazon). No dice, still does the same thing. My internet bandwidth is strong and I use Sonos Ones and a Beam with no issue. And again, the music doesn’t drop out, so that doesn’t have me think bandwidth. It literally slightly stutters and goes back a millisecond, like a record skipping.Any suggestions would be appreciated. This is so specific that I don’t know if anyone else has experienced, but I’m crossing my fingers!

Alright everyone, here’s the deal. I have had a couple of Sonos roams for the last couple years. Two weeks ago I purchased a Sonos arc and a Sonos roam 2. Used the HDMI Arc cable and connected it to the Tv and at first everything worked as intended in the app. I was able to have tv audio play out of both the sound bar and whichever roam speaker I had selected.  Two days ago for whatever reason the Television audio specifically will not play out of any of the roams. It will play out of the soundbar and I can control it via app but when I try to get the tv audio to play out of the roams it will not work. Music audio works completely fine via the Sonos app.  I have tried: resetting my phone uninstalling and reinstalling the app logging in and out of the app resetting the system hard resetting my phone changing the audio type out of the television to PCM / auto / pass through resetting the WiFi network reconnecting the speakers to wifichecking both television for updates as well as sonos s

Hi Would it be possible possible to show meta data on the now playing screen, or an advanced view accessed from that screen? So things like the file type, bit rate, year, genre etc. Competitors such as Wiim have this as standard and it's a very useful feature. The vaguely remember it was previously available on Sonos too, in an earlier version, but I might be wrong. Thank you.

How do I stop the Sonos ARC from powering on my computer and Blu-ray player when turning on the TV? The Sonos ARC is plugged in to the HDMI eARC/ARC port on my TV.

I pay for Amazon music and it is my preferred music stream service.  Why am I having connection issues with just the one service but the others play just fine.  Leads me to think it’s not a wifi issue.  It is constantly going in and out with Amazon, it is unlistenable.

I have a Arc Ultra with which I am experiencing some volume disparities. If I play Sonos radio (ABC Classic) on Arc Ultra the volume has to be up around 55% to be able to hear it at a reasonable level. With my ERA300 it would be at about 45% to get same volume If I stream music from Apple or Qobuz the volume level has to be dropped to about 35% on the Arc to be the same “reasonable level”. The worst problem is that when we turn the TV on it uses the previous volume level ie 56% and just about blasts us out of the house. Needs to be dropped to about 35% to be about right. Is this really correct behaviour for either the ARC - shouldn’t the TV kick in at a default lower volume rather than previous level. Shouldn’t ARC and ERA act similarly with same source. And why is Sonos Radio so much “lower” - I have tried various stations and they are all the similar.Very annoying behaviour.Moderator edit: Changed Plus to Ultra for clarity
