When playing Dolby Atmos Spatial Audio through a pair of Era 300’s, how are the individual Atmos channels distributed across the combination drivers in the speaker pair? I’ve tried to locate information on this topic on Reddit, YouTube, etc, but could not find any specific details. Any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

It all depends on your room. Atmos is not made up of distinct channels, it is a positional codec. Which means the position of a sound is recorded, and that sound is played over the drivers which will best position the sound in your particular room.
It's basically a 4.0.2 setup. The front channels go through the R+L front tweeters, including the centre which is a phantom channel as in any stereo based setup. The centre and rear surrounds come through the side drivers and the height channels through the height tweeters.
There's an Atmos channel sound check in Apple music you can use, search for the artist "Dolby Labs".
Hope that helps!
