I just purchased an Arc Ultra.  I am using Apple TV 4K box on a Bravia 7 tv.  The sound quality and volume is noticeably different when using the Google Tv interface instead of Apple TV.  Any thoughts ?

Hi Folks - Sonos user for many years.  I bring my laptop to my office every day - and connect to my Sonos One there, then bring it home in the evening/weekends and connect to my system here.  There’s never been an issue, as it automatically recognizes where it is/which system it is.  Until I got a new router at home last week that is.  Now, I’m having to reset the router every time in each location to “find” the existing network.I’m sure it’s something obvious, but help!  :)

My soundcloud content is not shown/recognised by Sonos app since 2 days ago! Before I used it all the time and suddenly it stops to show my soundcloud content! Anyone with same problem? I tried uninstalling both apps/ reboot modem/ reboot sonos device/ removing soundcloud sercice and adding again!! Nothing works.

I am very surprised that I can’t schedule an alarm with my radio or my music using my system, which consists of two Era 300 speakers. Moreover, I don’t see any option to adjust the balance between the two speakers. Did I miss something, or is the app stuck in the 1980s?

As you can see in the picture, I have a breakfast bar with a pretty good view.I LOVE sitting here with guests, drinking wine and talking shite.I LOVE my Sonos sound, too, BUT, I cannot get a good sound with a pair of ones at the window end of the breakfast bar. I think they’re just to close and the stereo sound doesn’t propagate well enough, or something. It just sounds pretty poor. The pair of speakers I have are out of sight on the photo and provide great sound, but the sound is coming from behind me and I’d LIKE some sound to come from in front of me. Where the kitchen roll is.I want to set up a system that cannot currently work together, a centre speaker on the BBar and the two existing behind and to the sides. Can this be set up for sound only, and not tv?Common sense says, get a Beam, but honestly, a Beam or Ray isn’t required for this. A single One or Three would do the job and I have a spare one.

I had my touch controls on Arc Ultra, Era 300 etc. disabled.I am trying to update the Wifi Settings after changing SSID / WPA Password. The Audio PIN Works, but using the Touch Buttons to confirm the device it does not continue.I assume it is because I previously had touch controls disabled. Is this a security feature or a bug?

Funciona una zona sin y otra no  Moderator Edit - Translation by Google:Hello, I have a problem. I have connected several Sono subwoofers in a room. I have placed a Ubiquiti router at various points where the subwoofers are. I have created a mesh network to link each router and thus have a single network with which all the devices connect. However, for several days now the subwoofers have started to disconnect. One zone works and then they disconnect. One zone works and the other doesn't.

Hi everyone,I recently got a Sonos Move, and I’m wondering if it’s possible to pair multiple Bluetooth devices at the same time? I’d like to switch between my phone and laptop without having to reconnect manually every time. Thanks!

Hi, I ran update yesterday which seemed to hang/load for ages, and then eventually said about half of my speakers could not be updated, ran again and said my system was up to date. Going into the app my media room zone (two fives connected to a one) are no longer listed in the app at all.  Unligging and repowering them, they flash white then solid white looking like they are connected to WiFi but and completely unresponsive, Alexi not activating. my living room (beam, surrounds and sub) is saying not connected. I've similarly repowered the devices and reset my router.

Sonos S1 will not find the system using a new iPad Air but works fine with existing iPhones. Anyone know of this and do you have a solution.

When playing album in Sonos iPad, album art (embedded and also in album folder as ‘folder.jpg), displays properly. Sonos ‘Recently Played’ displays name of album, but no album art is displayed. Any assistance most appreciated.

Hi.Is there a way to control the roam 2 bass and treble when I’m outside my home Wi-Fi, using Bluetooth or another method? can I use Airplay 2 outside my home with no wifi…?thanks’

How is it 2025 and the Sonos Roam doesn’t have the ability to ROAM between multiple WiFi networks? I like to take my Roam between my house and my partners house without the need to manually reset/change the wireless connection. Surely this should’ve been implemented by now, judging by feature request threads from 2023 :(

Had gotten my music library connected via my Mac controller several months ago but today out of the blue it stopped working. Dead. “Unable to play...access to \\iMac\Music denied” Re-entered same original settings but no luck. “Sonos was unable to load the music folder… check the username and/or password”Username & password are indeed correct but no go. So frustrating!

Hello Everyone,The internal power card on my Sonos Sub 3 went KO 3 months after warranty expired.I called the Sonos support and found that there was no way to get it fixed. In return, I sent the Sonos sub 3 back to Sonos and they sent me a 30% discount code for the purchase of a new Sonos sub 4.I then wanted to place an order via sonos.com and three times, I received a cancellation message of my order vaguely indicating 3 reasons without further explanation.I then called each time the sales team, and no explanation was given to me in return.Given the premium price charged by Sonos, where is the value of its sales and after-sales service? Stephane B Moderator Edit - Removed and recorded order numbers.

My Sonos move has become disconnected from my Wi-Fi. As a result, it’s no longer showing in the App either . I’m having issues getting it reconnected. Please does anyone have any ideas ? I’ve not been able to perform a factory reset. As yet I’m at a loss and beginning to wonder if it will ever work again 😭

Hello,Is Sonos really trying to see how bad the software can be before people stop using the products? The app & software is so bad to start with but now I have run into an issue that is horrible, even by Sonos subpar standards:I am not able to use the app & soundsystem since the app refuses to update and doesnt let me use the app without the updated version. The only messgae that appears on the app is "there was a problem checking for updates".  Obviously, the customer service doesnt respond and there isnt any representatives online on the chat. And no, there is no error code.

I routinely get “connection timed out” when simply trying to use Apple Music from Sonos.  Sometimes it it when I have been using airplay (YouTube… or Apple Music because I can’t use it from Sonos) but there is no pattern that I can identify.  I have tried shutting down, rebooting which sometimes works but the same problem reappears eventually

What does the below mean?I need to run an update according to the app and I can’t get access to the app until the software is updated.“There was a problem checking for updates”

CD player is connected to Sonos Controller Line In, but the app says no device is connected. I tried rebooting, and updating, but no luck. I’ve used this for years, but yesterday it it stopped. How can I get Sonos to discover my device?

I just invested in the arc ultra + sub 4 + 2 x era 300 surrounds.I'm a little underwhelmed by the front sound of the arc ultra.  Linked to this I need to have the system volume at around 55 to get a 'normal volume' The overall tone of the front of the system is a bit boxy and doesn't seem to fit well with the sub and surroundsIs this normal? Or could there be an issue with my ultra. I just set up a samsung q990d for a friend and power wise its blowing my set up away.

Hello - with a recent Sonos upgrade I have lost the link to my Mac Music Library.  I have spent about 4 hours on the phone to Sonos without success and wonder whether is something that has gone wrong with the path.  If there are any Mac experts out there who could take a look at this set up and advise whether there is something wrong I’d be very grateful.

so after my third time doing this I thought I would ask…. Every time I add my sonos arc to my sonos system and then add the google assistant, it goes offline a short while later - and there is no fix other than to factory reset.  I realize that sonos are no longer supporting google on new devices as they can’t seem to play nice together, however this did work fine until I moved to my new house.  In the old house we were in due to displacement by wildfire, I only had the arc.   Google worked fine on it.  So we rebuilt after the fire and moved in 3 weeks ago and I got a bunch of new sonos stuff to fill the new house - but now, as I said, I add the arc to my system, its fine everything works.  Then I add google assistant and it goes offline - it works for a little while, not sure how long, but in the morning I come down and it's offline.  Not only offline, there is no fix for it other than to factory reset.  I added it again yesterday, didn’t add google assistant and this morning it is st
