It isn’t possible to connect third-party Bluetooth headphones directly to Sonos like you can with the Sonos Ace.
The Bluetooth adapter you have wont work as there aren’t any Sonos products transmit line-out through the 3.5mm jack, you would instead need to use the RCA and connect from the line-out on the Sonos Port; which would be Sonos Port → RCA to 3.5mm → Lavales ML302 Bluetooth adapter → Your Bluetooth headphones. Please note, that doing so this way will introduce a delay where your Bluetooth headphones wont play in time with the rest of your Sonos system.
