I just purchased an Arc Ultra. I am using Apple TV 4K box on a Bravia 7 tv. The sound quality and volume is noticeably different when using the Google Tv interface instead of Apple TV. Any thoughts ?

In the Apple TV audio settings, set Change Format to ON and set the Audio Format to Dolby Digital.
FYI… you need a TV with eARC to get multichannel PCM and Dolby Atmos from the Apple TV 4K.
You should be able to get Dolby Atmos and Dolby Digital Plus audio from some of the native apps on your TV.

Check the source format, which is listed on the TV room screen in the Sonos app. If the Apple TV is only displaying PCM 2.0, you need to adjust the settings to put out Dolby Digital or Multi-Channel PCM.
