Why does TunIn and even the New Tunin not work for local stations when you use Sonos Voice.I have tried everything for voice commands and it still won’t play local stations. Even tried the radio station frequency.

I'm running the latest SONOS app and have Amazon Music connected.  It will search and play music without issue, but it will not allow me to access any Podcasts.  Is there a fix or workaround?  I'm also a weirdo and not in the apple ecosystem, still rocking my andtoid based Samsung S21 Ultra.TIA,Brian

I just bought an Era 100 Sonos and I set it up and I am using Spotify on it but I really want to listen to Radio 4 and BBC Sounds. The instructions are to open the Sonos app - fine and go to Settings fine and then go to Services and Voice - not find because my app doesn’t have this. I searched through all the radio channels and searched for BBC Sounds and it says it has nothing. I just don’t know what I need to do.

So I have a Sonos amp (Fully updated) and I’m trying to connect my Forza 10 inch outdoor sub using Nobsound G2 PRO TPA3255 Hi-Fi 300W sub amplifier. The subwoofer wires are connected to the red and black audio out. I then used a single RCA to RCA and connected that to sub out on the Nobsound and plugged it directly into the Sonos amp labeled Sub I still have no sound.  The only way to get the sub to power up is to splice the wires to my sonance left speaker or sonance right speaker.  I know there was a thread on this before but I can’t continue that conversation. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I’ve been using a Sonos Port for many months now making the switch to Sonos when the Apple Lossless support was introduced.I’m very happy with the solution and appreciate that ‘features’ take time to implement but I really do think its about time a better way to navigate through the Album and Artist lists is introduced. It is currently very laborious to have to scroll through complete A to Z lists just to get to the item you want.It surely should be possible to add a capability to jump to the starting letter of choice. Here’s hoping…Thanks

I have a 10+ hear old Play 1 using the S1 system. I am considering purchasing an Era 100 for a stereo setup with voice control. Can I expect that setup to work resonable well or is it a bad idea?

I am running approximately 14 devices using iPhones, iPads and two separate Mac computers.   Everything iOS works fine but suddenly both controllers on OSX will not recognize the system.  I have deleted a reinstalled the OSX apps, reset Modem and Wifi Routers.  I have checked the firewall settings and there have been no changes to the system, just stopped working and no help. I’ve been on the help line for 30 minutes with someone who seems to know less than me and I’ve been a user for 15 years.  All the iOS devices continue to work, really frustrating that I can select and run the system from Spotify better than using the Sonos app.   Roon endpoints will be my next stop.  Anyone with something other than start over?

Hi all,I took the plunge 2 months ago and upgraded from Arc, Sub Gen 3 & 2xOne to Ultra, dual sub with Sub Gen 4 & 3, 2 x Era 300's. Absolutely loved it.In the last 48 hours though, I noticed Sub Gen 3 had dropped off and showed as 'Not Connected' in the app. I could not get it back into this set up or any other set up, seemed bricked but white status light still steady.I performed multiple hard resets on all the speakers (was not hitchless as both subs decided to not reveal the pin via NFC when setting back up, which definitely did work before) and even moved the problem sub away from the router (was extremely close before).Still had issues and ultimately resulted in the same result. I then reset the router and performed all of the above again. Still no joy.24 hours later, the sub 3 appeared as Connected so I went ahead and added back to the Arc Ultra. Even performed Trueplay (auto not advanced), was good for about 15 minutes and then it dropped off again, unable to rejoin.I'v

I set up the Sub Mini with an Era 100 stereo pair. However, the Sub Mini does not play audio when using the Sonos app to stream Spotify.  Does this simple setup require something else?

I just purchased my Era 100 to connect it to a Samsung Monitor. The speaker connected to my iPhone and iPad perfectly but not with the monitor. The monitor does not have bluetooth so I bought a bluetooth transmitter and it works perfectly with my AirPods and Sony earphones but not with the speaker. The Sonos app indicates that it's connected to the BT transmitter but there is no sound. I also tried to connect the speaker with a 3.5 mm jack and nothing, no sound. do I need to buy a better BT transmitter? I bought a random one from Amazon or do I need the Sonos in-line adapter?

EDIT: I made a mistake, it's not a Gen 2 but a Gen 1! I don't have Bluetooth on it. Hello,I changed my Wi-Fi network, so I wanted to reconnect my speakers. I can't do it via the app, even though I connected them directly to the router using an Ethernet cable that I had tested and confirmed to be working.I then performed a factory reset on my speakers.I left one unplugged, wanting to set them up one by one.I tried the wireless setup—nothing worked. So I plugged the speaker into Ethernet, directly into my router, and attempted to set it up via the Android app (I'm using a OnePlus 11 in perfect condition, with the latest version of the app, which I even uninstalled and reinstalled to test).I also tried with my Samsung S5E tablet, but got the same result. The speaker is blinking green, everything seems fine.In the app, I tap "Add a speaker," select my Sonos One, and the app stays on "Preparing your Sonos One" for a while. Then, after about a minute, the app says, "Connection to your Sonos One

When I select a Spotify song in the Sonos app and checkmark all or a subset of the Sonos speakers on my wireless LAN, the speakers will randomly mute and unmute before gradually settling into the specified song and configuration. This process can require almost a minute, presumably while the network services finish negotiating?Across my townhome I have seven (7) Sonos Five speakers, plus a small theater with an arc ultra, sub mini, and two Era 300s.I have a relatively high-end wireless router (a Nighthawk with 40-50 device capacity).I’d like to be able to select a song, check a subset of the speakers, and have the music reliably begin on the target devices without latency.

Hi all I have what I guess is old tech now in a Play 1, been a superb servant for many years. I have a problem connecting wirelessly after changing broadband providers. Factory reset it, and sets up fine with Ethernet cable, but I'm having trouble updating network ( saying no product found) whilst wired up with the cable. If I unplug from router it simply doesn't find the device. Any help hugely appreciated

Hi all, I have an issue with error 913. I run S1 and S2  Windows 10 and android apps. S1 can add library from NAS drive (Dlink DNS323, Old but still kicking), but S2, comes up with error 913?Looked things up, but still confuddled!Cheers for advice.

I use the Sonos app on my MacBook Pro as I can edit playlists with it. it's now asking me to update the app! I'm reluctant to do so, due previous experience. Anyone else have experience of the latest Mac App update?

I'm experiencing difficulties with the Arc Ultra and Alexa built-in volume/sound/audio vs TV/music volume control. There's a mismatch in the audio between Alexa and TV or music. Specifically, the Alexa speaking volume is almost inaudible. If I turn up the volume I can hear it fine. When I switch to TV/music the volume is way too loud forcing immediate action to turn it off or turn down the volume. I've had the Ulta Arc for about a week. Alexa is not usable if I have to turn up/down the volume for Alexa then the TV.Are there separate volume controls for Alexa vs TV/music? If there are separate audio controls I've not been able to find anything in the app or instructions. Are there any other options such as equalizing Alexa audio to match the TV/music?

just got eras100 2 of them. how can I get both to play from my computer. it only lets me have 1 output??"

Hi! I have an Arc with Sub (Gen 3). I’d like to buy Era 100 as rear surround, but I can’t position them vertically at ear height. Can I position them orizzontally about 15 inches below the ears?Of course, TV & ARC are in front of me!Thank you

Hello. Since 10 days all my Sonos speakers can’t play Spotify and stream Spotify via Airplay. I have been in contact with Sonos support 5 times and yesterday they said that there has been a lot of users with the same problem. I have also been in contact with Spotify and they were not aware of the issue? I have updated all devises, re-installed Spotify and Sonos and done everything the supports have asked me to do. The only thing which is working is Sonos Radio and other music services but not Spotify.I told Sonos support to put this as an issue so other users could be aware of this enoying issue. But not seen anything posted. I guess they prefer of spending hours of support of people like me contacting them instead...

Sonos forgetting all my speakers...  why

With setup Era 300 + Ultra Arc have you notice a significant difference (musically speaking) between spotify and apple/amazon music Apple/Amazon have HD music. In the other hand, not spotify. Although I enjoy the music discovery from Spotify, I wander if it is time to switch to a music provider that has HD music.  Knowing the lossless quality is better, can we  actually ear a difference from the compression format offered from Spotify? Thank you in advance

I have a turntable connected to my Era 1 with the line in cable, but as soon as the record stops and I change sides the app loses all the rooms, they are greyed out, I have to close the app and wait around 2/3 minutes for them to re-appear, it only does this on the ERA with a turntable, its so frustrating as you lose part of the first track, the ERA 1 is grouped with an Arc, sub and two play ones
