Hi all

 

I have what I guess is old tech now in a Play 1, been a superb servant for many years.

 

I have a problem connecting wirelessly after changing broadband providers.

 

Factory reset it, and sets up fine with Ethernet cable, but I'm having trouble updating network ( saying no product found) whilst wired up with the cable.

 

If I unplug from router it simply doesn't find the device.

Because you reset it, you now need to enter your wifi credentials. Whilst Ethernet-connected, make sure wifi is turned on. 
If you’ve done that and it still won’t connect via wifi I suggest you speak to Sonos support to check that all is good. 


It also might save time if you were to submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, before calling Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
