I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with skipping tracks when using Alexa.
What music service are you using, as terrestrial radio stations shouldn’t skip to the next track, unless what you’re experiencing is audio cutting out instead? Also, does this issue only occur when you’re playing through Alexa, or does it also happen if you play using the Sonos app or your music service’s own app?
Most likely, this could be caused by interference, so I’d suggest checking our support article for reducing wireless interference and following the steps listed in there.
