I have 12 ports and while i airplay or use my android phone to airplay to any of the zones the connection will play and then after a few minutes it drops and disappears from my samsung S25 or any ios device. i can restart and only get a minute or two of streaming.

i havent tried on the Sonos app but i really want to stream music from my device (Spotify and Tidal)

i see many post over the years regarding same issue, has anyone found the solution?

I am sorry to hear you are having audio interruption issues while listening via AirPlay / Spotify Direct / Tidal Connect to your Sonos system.

I recommend you to do a network refresh, by rebooting all networking devices involved. Start with your router → Sonos → controller (smartphone / tablet).

If you are still experiencing audio drop outs, please Submit Diagnostics within 10 minutes of them occurring and then reach out to our Support Team for live troubleshooting.

They have tools at their disposal to provide you with information and advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
