Sonos forgetting all my speakers...  why

Best answer by Jamie A

Hi @Szpor, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your Sonos system. So the community and I can offer advice, we’ll need some more information on what exactly is going wrong.

When you say Sonos is forgetting your speakers, do you mean that individual speakers are intermittently missing in the app or that you get an error message such as “No products found” or “Unable to connect” when you open the app?

If it’s the former, then it may be wireless interference or related to your network specifications. If you could provide your router model and any additional networking equipment you have, I can have a look to see if there are any settings we’d recommend you adjust. It would be worth making sure you meet the Sonos system requirements as well. If it’s the latter, then I’d suggest following the steps in our Connection Issues support article.

I hope this helps!
