How can I stream live mixes to Sonos service with Traktor? What is the ip address to send my live broadcast to?

hello, recently, my sonos started adding all songs i play (i usually play from the music library) to my queue. when the selected songs finish playing, sonos plays the queue - so sonos plays my selections twice. if i don't clear the queue, new songs are appended and the replay gets very long. how to i tell sonos not to add songs to the queue, and/or not to play the queue after it completes my current selection?

Hi, It seams that to use spotify with alexa I have to link my account to alexa. It really, for me, not clear how to do this. I goes to my alexa account, settings-> music & Media and I can't add any service. When I select "Chose default music service", I can see Spotify, but I'm not able to select them. regards Stefano

Check it out, I was sitting at my computer with a glass of wine when my spastic toddler knocked over my wine glass breaking it and sending wine every where. How would I know if my Sonos got wet? There was a little on the top of the speaker, but what if some made it through the grate? Clearly, if a good size amount got in there it wasn't obvious. I inspected it visually and saw 3 or 4 tiny drops on the side, and yes I've even ran my nose over it to see if I could smell any significant wine residue. Nada. Everything seems to be fine, other than Alexa maybe not being as quick to respond. However that could just be my paranoia. Im going to check my warranty and see if I should just send it back, or do you think Im just being a freak and I need to chill?

Got my Sonos One this week, and having occasional problems with connectivity. I have a question ... Does the Sonos One work entirely through the Sonos mesh network, or does it use the normal WiFi as well? I ask because after setting it up I moved it to an area in the house that has limited WiFi signal, but has good Sonos mesh signal - it's about 5-6m line of sight form a Play:5. Thanks, Peter

I want to use in-ceiling/wall speakers for TV surround sound but also use them for music via Sonos when TV not used. My TV will be flush wall-mounted above mantel, and I don’t want to use the Playbar or Playbase (just don’t like the look in living room). Is this possible with Connect:AMP and some special configuration?

When I ask Alexa (on the Sonos One only) for sports update, it replies "here's your sports update" then just stops. Never give any information like my echo dots do. Anyone else see this?

how do you play alexa and sonos 3 at same time

Does anyone else have the issue of the sonos one keep beeping and hearing things that aren’t Alexa. I was watching tv last night and 6 times in one hour she muted the tv volume and beeped as if she heard her name. I wouldn’t mind but when I call her name she doesn’t hear it...it seems the programming side of things needs some work!! It would surly make sense that the sound coming through the speaker shouldn’t trigger her as she knows she is the source? It also happens when you ask Alexa something and in her response she says Alexa...it then triggers the sonos one again...I had the dot and echo and neither of these devices worked like this and hardly any false triggers but it is getting silly with the sonos one now. Is it just me?

Just got my Sonos for Christmas. Not happy....Sound has been cutting out and then quitting all together while watching movies and live tv. Have to unplug soundbar from power source and reconnect. This has happened about 5 times in 2 days. Any ideas on why or what is going on? Would appreciate any feedback. Also got a 1 and Play 1, not realizing you cannot have surround sound unless both units are the same??? This seems odd, why would I need 2 1’s with Alexa. Thought I could do 1 1 and 1 play 1. Sonos, figure this out please. For the price of this unit I shouldn’t be having these issues. Thanks, Unhappy Customer so far.

I have only had the Playbar for a week so I am not sure if this is only since the last update I got a couple of days ago although this has happened constantly since then only so it could be. When changing channel from HD to non HD on my sky q box I lose sound and need to either open the sonos app and change to a music source and flick back to TV spurce to get sound or switch the sky box on/off standby. When viewing the about my sonos section of the app it says the audio spurce is pause burst. I am connected directly to the sky q box with optical not through the tv and it’s set perfectly in Dolby Digital with rest sound in usually Dolby dogital 5.1 or 2.0 depending on the channel. I suspect it’s channels that aren’t plain stereo the change is causing it to go into this pause burst and stop putting out sound. I submitted a diagnostic from the app code: 8052223

Purchased playbar yesterday and very happy with the set up in my small lounge. I have the playbar running with two play ones and im very pleased with the sound. Just one question. The playones are set up as part of the “home cinema” and labelled under “Lounge”. Can I also set up the playones to run music as a stereo pair under a new label “lounge 2” and will this effect the lounge tv set up with the playbar? Hope I have explained this ok? Basically, playbar and two play ones currently set up as lounge home cinema so playing music means most coming from playbar. If I set up the playones as stereo pair and call it lounge 2 will this work or destroy the tv / home cinema settings as currently set for lounge? Thanks all and happy new year.

Hello, we currently use Sonos Play 1 in our company. One of our colleagues has premium Spotify and it plays well. However when that colleague is not at work and is privately listening to their spotify we cannot play music at the same time. I have now downloaded spotify on my phone but I cannot add my spotify to the Sonos app. I do not have Spotify premium however I do have music on my Iphone which won't allow me to view in the Sonos app all though I have allowed it in the settings.

Every time I use my Sonos controller on the iPad I get a box pop up asking about snooze alerts and do I want them turned on!! It's not a one off thing - it's been happening since the last update. No matter what I push to use the controller - it appears. I don't want them turned on - as in the picture, go to the contact page - it appears. Hi, I was able to set up my connection with Alexa and Sonos, and I can use Alexa to start playing music without any issues. However, once the music starts, I have two issues: 1. I cannot stop the music. 2. the music stops playing after a single song. For example, if I say "Alexa, play the Beatles in the living room", music will start up on the Sonos system. However, if I ask her to stop the music ("Alexa, stop the music in the living room," "Alexa, pause the music in the living room"), she dims the sound of the Sonos speakers, responds with "I can change the playback mode only when music is playing" and then raises the volume of the living room again. When first requested to play music, Alexa responds with something like, "Shuffling popular songs by the Beatles in the Living Room." However, she stops playing after a single song, every time, no matter what the playlist. If I play the same playlist through the sonos app, it keeps playing. I'm not sure what the issue is, si

Just purchased Sonos One and Alexa working well with radio and Amazon Music. But Alexa can't find a specific artist from the music library though I can play the artists through the Sonos from the library on the Sonos app. I loaded the music library from Windows PC using the load 'music file' instruction and it has copied all in C: Music\iTunes. I have tried copying individual artist files from the iTunes file on my PC to the music library but I get an error message saying that my PC refused Sonos to connect to it (even though the music file was copied!). Where am I going wrong?

Is there a way to sync my Playbar, Sub Woofer and two Sonos 1's surround sound system with the video content? It seems to be just a tad off: like one-tenth of a second.

the amp wouldn't connect. using my iphone x, went through the steps... all good, press and release the 2 buttons... then it times out. does,t connect. so after messing with it for a while, i moved on to a play:1.... connected just fine and plays music great... did the 2nd play:1, and it is having the same problem as the AMP. they are plugged directly into my router, and when i pull up my router's UI from my PC, i see all 3 devices connected to the network. i tried unplugging them for a while and trying again. i have tried restarting my router. Can both be broke? Are they just buggy. why would one of the 3 devices work fine and instantly and the other 2 not work at all. feels they cant both be defective? thanks for any help! I have my house with sonos system, base on my wifi. everything works fine now i buy another country-house and wanna also integrate sonos system there, based also on wifi Sure that this two system will be absolutely different, no common network between them How can i use this two sonos system with one iPhone? is it possible? or every time i move to another home - I should reconfigure mi device? thank you

I've tried linking the Alexa Sonos skill to my account and the Skill points me in the direction of "More/Settings/My Sonos Account" in the Sonos app. It then asks me to confirm my email which i do and also sends an email in which there is a link to Create New Password (which isnt what i want to do). I click on that and it takes me back to My Sonos Account where i start all over again. Any thoughts anyone? Cheers
