I have set up several Sonos alarms to play automatically music at certain times of the day. I have been using this for a while now and it works great until recently. Certain alarms instead of playing the music selection specified in the settings will play the Sonos alarm. This happen on alarms where the duration is set to "no limit" and snooze alerts is selected. I am not sure why but it's annoying as heck!

I have a setup with Playbase, Sub and surround speakers. Playbase works fine but Sub and surround lose the sound often and randomly. Same problem with direct input from TV and wi-fi streaming, however problem occur More frequent on wi-fi. I have tried "everything" and is about to give up. Can someone help?

I don't know about anyone else, but I struggle to get out of bed in the morning! I'd love a feature which enables me to ONLY be able to turn the alarm off by pressing the Play button on the speaker as opposed to my phone. Alternatively, and perhaps much better for me, only being able to turn off the alarm by pressing the Play button on another selected speaker. For example, Alarm set in Bedroom 1 for 8am, alarm goes off and can only be deactivated by pressing the Play button on the living room play at - this getting me out of bed! Thoughts? Ben

I have 5 Sonos One speakers in various rooms in my house. Alexa is very responsive and always hears when I am speaking to it and only responds on one speaker. My problem is that it often responds on the furthest speaker away from me. I could be in the kitchen just a few feet from that speaker and the speaker around the corner and 25 feet away will respond. Anything I can do to fix this?

So I'm embracing the fact that the CR100 controller is coming to the end of its life and thought I'd turn it off and remove the cradle/charger from the wall. It's that many years since I mounted the cradle on the wall though, that I can't recall how it clips/unclips from the backing plate. Don't really want to just tug at it! Any suggestions please?

I have a Panasonic TX-50EX700B with Netflix built in, connected to my playbase. Normally there’s no issues at all, Sky and freeview audio play through it with no problems. However, when I try and watch Netflix, the audio is really temperamental. As in, it will play audio normally for one show, but if I go back and try to watch a different show, no sound at all. The only thing that seems to resolve it is turning everything off at the wall and leaving it for 5 minutes. Anyone else had this issue? Anyone know how the hell I fix it??

I have compiled everything I have done so far. SONOS app (Mac or iPhone) is having trouble connecting and playing songs from most music services. I have no problem playing Q100 , 96.1 through TuneIn all 8 speakers. Some Stations fail to Play. Hello, Needing some help, My sonos play 3 is all connected upto Alexa and Sonos however, I cant control it via Alexa as it keeps saying my Sonos is Offline. Sonos is working fine via the Sonos App and I cant figure out how to get it to show online and work via Alexa - Any ideas?

So here is what my setup will be: 5 pairs of Indoor Ceiling Mounted speakers. These 5 pairs will need to be 3 zones (3 connect:amps) 1 pair of Outdoor Mounted Speakers (Understand this would require it's own Connect:Amp) So I know the easy solution is 4 connect:amps and I am done. I have 2 pairs of speakers in garage and 2 pairs in kitchen/dining area which are open concept so that is why I only need 2 Connect AMPs for these 4 pairs of speakers. My indoor/garage ceiling mounted speakers are Polk Audio RC80i's My outdoor speaker is undetermined- leaning towards Bose 251 or Polk Atrium #? Will take recommendations My question is: Should I go with 4 Connect:Amps to power/play through all of the areas mentioned above or should I go with a third party amplifier and just get 4 Connects. Hello, I'm pretty new to Sonos and just bought a Soundbar (got a good deal on one!). The devices I would like to use with the soundbar are a new Samsung 55" LED TV and a turntable that plugs into a mixer. Hi, I am hoping someone who knows what they're talking about can help me with my query. I just bought a Connect:Amp to go with an internal/external speaker set-up I'm hoping to put into a new home. I'm running this with a Sonos One in the Kitchen area and plan to build on the set-up over time. Living/Dining Area (5.4m x 4.2m) - 4 x Polk Audio RC60i Outdoor wall to garden area - 2 x Polk Audio Atrium 4 Speakers As I'll be running the above 6 speakers off the Connect:Amp, I intend to have two of the internal speakers on a manual switch with the external speakers, so only 4 speakers are ever running off the Connect:Amp at any one time (otherwise I believe I could blow it) My question is two-fold: 1. Does the set-up above seem reasonable? 2. Are there any cheapish powered subwoofers people would recommend for the internal set-up? Following these instructions can not get the LG magic remote volume control to work with the Playbase. I can't find any documentation on the "Detect New Session" feature. How does it work?

For roughly the past week, I have been having trouble streaming KPCC (Los Angeles) with Alexa on TuneIn through my Sonos One. Previously, it was working fine. Other stations seem to work okay, but importantly, KPCC works fine when I try this on my Echo Dot. So the problem has something to do with Sonos. When I say, "Alexa, play KPCC" OR "Alexa, play KPCC on TuneIn", Alexa either remains silent or says "KPCC on TuneIn Live is currently not available." But if I say "Play KPCC on iHeartRadio" it works fine. It also works fine playing other radio stations on TuneIn. As I mentioned, the station plays fine through my Echo Dot, but if I say to my Dot, "Alexa, play KPCC in Living Room," the Sonos is silent. So, again, it seems like a Sonos issue. Anyone else having similar problems on TuneIn with this or other stations? Is this type of problem something Sonos is aware of? Thanks.

I have a Play 5 and a Play 1 in a large kitchen diner, needed so that people in either part of the room can easily hear what is playing, especially with radio. As these speakers are always used together it would be ideal to be able to set them up as a fixed group, any ideas? I am sure this is a fairly common scenario. Roger

Before I get caught in a loop where Sonos tells me to talk to Nest and Nest tell me to talk to Amazon and Amazon tells me to talk to Sonos... has anybody been able to tell their Sonos One to play a Nest camera feed on their Fire TV? It works perfectly from my Echo and Echo Dot. And requests to play Fire TV content via Sonos One work no problem. It's only when I ask for it to display my Nest feeds that Sonos One says [b][i]"Sorry! Cameras don't work on this device!"[/i][/b] — I've made sure there are no name conflicts. I've done the whole disable/enable skill and forget all/discover devices and have ulinked/linked devices in the Fire TV prefs (along with everything else I can think of). None of the usual tricks are working, so I'm starting to suspect that Sonos One can't handle video requests from Nest Cams sent to Fire TV?
