You can "group" a single Sonos One as another room to the PLAYBAR, and the sound from the TV input will be delayed by about 70ms on the Sonos One.
In order to "bond" the Sonos One as a surround speaker, you must have two of them. Sonos doesn't allow a single surround speaker, most likely due to the nature of the surround sound signal. It has a distinct left and right.
