I find I have two Sonos profile accounts (two e-mail addresses) and want to delete one of them. I cannot find the "Delete account" function in the "My Account" area on Sonos. Where is it? /Wilm

I get that currently the Play 1 doesn't support Airplay - but is is planned for the near future? These are quite new speakers and it's very annoying that I can't play direct from my iOS Podcast App etc.

I recently purchased a Klipsch woofer R-10SWi and it has been used with our Yamaha YPS3050 soundbar...life was good. Then yesterday lightning took out the soundbar and I need a new one. Love the idea of the Playbase...but can it be used with the Klipsch woofer?

I ask Alexa to turn off the TV; she does and say “okay” but then ~20 seconds later it turns back on. Even if I turn off the tv using the tv remote or with a long push on the power button (on the tv)

I received my white Beam yesterday, but it came with a BLACK power cord. This is the 7th white Sonos product I've purchased, but it is the first and only one that came with a black power cord. Was I provided the wrong color cord, or are there no white power cords for the Beam? My beam is placed above a projector screen, and the power cable runs along a white wall, so I was really expecting it to be white. Thanks.

I have just setup the Sonos beam with my Samsung UE43KS7500 TV. Everything works brilliantly apart from the TV switching to my HDMI 3 (ARC) input after about 10-20 mins of watching TV. Is there any way to stop the TV from auto switch to the Beam input for viewing. Also, is there anyway to turn off the Alex Active white light which is distracting whilst watch TV in a darkened room? The new Amazon Echo Plus has a built in ZigBee controller, so it can cut out needing to purchase "hubs" or "bridges" when pairing with smart home devices. Consider Phillips Hue - the smart home lighting used to require a bridge to pair with Alexa, however now if you have the Echo Plus (which has a ZigBee controller) you don't. With that said, does the Sonos Beam have the ZigBee controller built in?

I want to upgrade from Play 1 to Sonos One. For my current Play 1's, I fixed the power cable in the wall wiring to conceal it. Can I use the same power cable with the new Sonos One?

Can anyone tell me the difference between the Playbase, the Playbar, and the Beam? I’m confused at this point. I see there is a price discrepancy at $699, $699, and $399. What does that mean? Is it style preference? Is there a quality or audio difference? Etc. Thanks for any help or insight provided!

Sonos Connect Amp working with Echo speaker...

I have setup my echo dot and update the app and it does not work? Is this not supported in Norway? If not, will it ever? :?

I have Play1's, Play5, Playbar and Sub - all bought in 2013 playing very very nice. However,Can it be a problem at some stage you do a softeware update and this do NOT support old players ?? I'm affraid that some day my equipment from 2013 will NOT function anymore due to software issues - is this correct?? I do not believe I can reject software updates - or can I ??

I had two Play1s in the lounge,one in kitchen and one in conservatory and. Bridge connected to my router.Two days ago I added a Beam and set up the lounge speakers as surrounds.I also disconnected the Bridge but connected the Beam to the router.I grouped the kitchen and conservatory together.I will only use the Beam etc for tv and the kitchen/conservatory for music and radio.Since then I am finding the radio turning off every 20 mins or so.When trying to reconnect to radio I get a message from the app telling me Sonos is looking for connection.The latest time it happened Sonos asked me tio add a player,even though app inducates everything is connected.Can anyone help its very frustrating.?So far I have had no trouble with the tv side of the system.

Hey guys, Before I added the Beam to the family room, I had a sonos one setup for music and Alexa. Now placed the beam in the family room and moved the one to a different room. The beam/tv is now called “Family Room” I have Philips hue lightbulbs in the family room and when I used to say “Alexa, turn off the family room lights”. The light would turn off as expected. Now when I say the same phrase. The tv turns off and not the lights. It seems Alexa doesn’t listen to the full phrase and just thinks I want the tv off Any suggestions? Thanks Kevin

Hi, after reconnecting my Play 5 to my new router, the app on my phone no longer works. So i uninstalled it, then reinstalled it from the Play Store. It loaded once, but was very glitchy. Now it wont load at all. Just get a black screen.

Hi, I’ve already got a Play:1 and today I bought a Sonos Beam. The Play:1 is in the kitchen and the Beam is in the lounge. I know that the Beam has Alexa built in and the Play:1 does not. But, what I read in store was “Play:1 is Alexa compatible when connected to an Alexa hub”. My question is: can the Play:1 use the Beam as an Alexa hub? And subsequently, can I talk to Alexa through the Play:1 because it’ll be connected to the Beam and therefore an Alexa hub? Thanks

We have set up the Beam and added a pair of Play 1s but now very little sound comes out of the Play 1s. They were very forceful before individually and as a pair but now as surround speakers they are feeble! Is that right?

Since yesterday, if we tell Alexa to 'play realjazz on SiriusXM,' she responds with 'playing realjazz on SiriusXM' but no music ever starts. If you start the music through the app using her as a zone, it plays, but if you say 'Alexa shut up' she doesn't stop the music as usual. It seems the Sonos functionality of Alexa is tweaked somehow. Other non-Sonos functionality of Alexa seems fine, like if I ask her to tell me a joke or the weather, she does so joyfully. How can I fix this?

I bought a "sonos connect".I have connected the cable box to sonos connect using RCA. I could not make it work.

The lights on my two play5’s and my beam stay on now. Is that supposed to be? Or is there something I’m missing?

So we had a Sonos 1 in our living room and bought the Beam, idea being to sort the TV sound out but also use it as an extra speaker in the living room. From what i gather, the beam has to be as a separate ‘room’ (we’ve called it ‘TV’) and I can play music through it when the TV is on - the TV image still plays in the background. But I can’t work out how to play music through the beam whilst the TV is off?? Any help appreciated! N.B. That we only have one Sonos 1 and it’s not set as surround! Thanks
