sonos beam and new ceiling speakers,
i have many sonos devices in my home and office. one project i'm am looking to upgrade is my family room. looking to replace my playbar & play 3's (ill keep my sonos sub) in my family room to the sonos beam and the new in ceiling speakers for my surround sound. my questions are:
1. i'm i making a mistake, will the sound be better and just as loud?

I don't think the Beam is better than a PLAYBAR in terms of sound. It's got newer tech in it, to be sure, but it isn't as wide, and my perception is that it doesn't provide the same sound stage as the PLAYBAR does.
So, 1) Not better, just as loud.
2) Sonos has ceiling speakers for sale from Sonance on this website, you can check the prices by looking here. Or you can look at buying another companies speakers for in the wall, and just use the Sonos Amp to power them.
