Any Sonos wireless speaker available in Australia with SD card slot to plug in and play music as another option to Wi-fi and Bluetooth?

I recently purchased a Sonos Arc (to replace my Sonos Soundbar) combined with 2 x Play Ones and Sub. Sound is great but lip sync is not perfect. However, I have noticed that my Sony TV (KDx9000e, 2017 model) does a full reboot when I turn it on. Seems like the Sonos Arc is sending a signal via the HDMI ARC port requiring the TV to perform a full shutdown rather than go into sleep mode. Painful as then takes about a minute to boot up the TV!Before I do a full reset on both TV and Arc, anyone have a good solution as I see this is not an uncommon issue but unclear what the remediation is.Thanks

I have just taken out a Deezer Hi Fi subscription. I have successfully set it up on a desktop app on my MacBook and my iPhone is also set up. But when I try to connect the Sonos app to the account it complains about the password being invalid. It obviously works on the other two device apps, s I know the password is correct. Is this an issue with Sonos or is it at the Deezer end? I can connect 13 devices with the account I have, so it isn’t an issue re the number of devices. Thanks.

Pandora decided to stop working today. It finally said it needed to be “reauthorized”. I hit the button and brought me to a page that asks for an activation code. But I don’t have an activation code… when I hit “forgot code” or “where to find code”, I get this...    I forgot my code If you have forgotten your code, you can retrieve it from the product you are trying to set up. Simply select the Pandora option on your product, and it will give you a code to use on this page.   But no matter where I look on the Sonos app, I don’t see an activation code.  When I hit the authorize button it pulls me through a screen or two within the app but no code found there.     I also tried to remove the service and re add. And have the same issue… I know this was much easier when I did it forever ago...

Do the stands I purchsed for SONOS PLAY 5 gen1 fit the new PLAY 5?

Hi,I want to connect my Sonos Arc (Center) with my pair of Sonos Play:5 (Front L+R) and a pair of Sonos One (Sourround L+R).My Issue: the Sonos S2 can only connect 2 Sonos One (Sourround L+R) as sourroud speakers (and a Sub) but no additional Front Speakers. What should I do?

Hey   I have a number of dance compilation albums by global underground which are WAV files stored on my Huwawai P30.  Using other media apps such as poweramp i see all the album art on my device, yet in the on this device section of Sonos i don't see any album art. OK this isn't a first world problem, but a really frustrating one, as i have to sift through all the different albums one by one to locate the one i want to play.  when i select an album it opens the detail with artist and track list but again Minus the album art. Anyone have any ideas if i can get round this. Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,so I got myself a pair of ONE SLs and they are working just fine with a single exception. What works:Control/playback from media library and radio services via my iPhone6s on iOS 13.7 from the Sonos app Streaming audio directly from my iPhone via Airplay from the Sonos app as well as from Apple’s Music app, Youtube etc. Same works just fine from my partner’s iPhone 7 with iOS 14.1 Same works just fine from my old 2013 MacBook Pro 15” running Catalina 10.15.7 and the Sonos app 12.1 (control playback as well as stream from Mac to Sonos directly)So basically everything seems to be fine with the speakers and wifi network. What does not work:On my new 2019 MacBook Pro 16” also running Catalina 10.15.7 the Sonos app 12.1 does not connect to the speakers While I see the Airplay speakers (room name) in audio properties and and can switch to them via settings, menu bar and in the Music app (formerly iTunes), I do not get any sound. It feels as if the speakers were selected, connected

Neither device will connect. Sonos cloud issues?

Hello, looking for help in selecting the perfect setup and after reading everything i could on the Sonos site and in forums, im even more confused. Never had a Sonos system before. My old Yamaha receiver just dies so looking for something i can use throughout the entire house wirelessly. My needs are for mostly music, but will be playing the music from my TV (connected to Nvidia Shield that streams from various services). I also watch movies from time to time, but music audio is whats most important. Price is not an issue, looking for best quality possible and i do at times like to listen very loud.I'm trying to decide between:an Arc, Sub + Play1 x2 (concerned how music will sound with a 5.1 entertainment setup)VsPlay5 x2 + Sub (concerned about how to control this through my TV/NVIDIA Shield box?)VsArc, Sub + Play5 x2 (read online i cant play the Arc and Play 5 together with the sub. Not sure if that is true.)I also plan on peppering some Play1's around the house here and there and need

The Sonos software on my Mac can’t find my system, although the Sonos app can find it.I haven’t changed my router or firewall.System: MacBook Pro running most recent version of Catalina

Recently purchased the Sonos 5 with the Pro-ject T1 phono SB. Had to purchase a separate RCA to 3.5 mm to connect to the speaker. Connected and working- HOWEVER can only hear faint music when volume on speaker is set to 100%. Know that is not the capacity of the speaker and after hours on chat to trouble shoot we are getting zero answers. Anyone else have this issue? PLEASE help!!!

I have 12 separate Sonos devices, all integrated with numerous Alexa devices and other “smart home” features.  Everything works fine.  Everything has worked fine for two months (since new internet provider).  Then, suddenly, the S1 app quit working.  We have rebooted the router NUMEROUS times, rebooted the modem, deleted and reinstalled the app.  Hard wired individual speakers to the router.  You name it.  EVERYTHING in our Smart Home works except for Sonos.  We can even control our Sonos speakers with Alexa.  So we know there is no wifi issue.  The app is required in order to group devices, though, so now I have very expensive “bricks” when it comes to my television and other speakers used throughout the home. EXTREMELY frustrated, as you can imagine.  We even called customer support.  Were place on hold for an hour, and received no substantive help.  Any ideas?

Whenever I use any of the buttons on the 'Move'  device there is a loud chime which is too loud. I  can not find a way to stop the chime or reduce its volume.

All I would need is a line in from my dj controller to Sonos port? Wanted to confirm this before making the purchased.

Bought my Dad a Pro-Ject T1 Phono SB Turntable to connect to his Play:5 Sonos Speaker.   He’s having Audio issues - Telling me the audio output is not playing all the music / sound.  He says the RCA connection in the back of the Play:5 does not seem tight.  It didn’t “click” into the speaker.     Could it be the wrong cord Sonos sent me - any ideas would really help.

Hello. My Arc order has been on “Dispatch Acknowledged” for a couple days and was wondering how long the turnaround time is from this status to shipped? Thanks.

How do I make voice contact with customer support?  Patience is wearing thin dealing with S2 app.

I am a long term (10+years) owner of SONOS equipment.I have (spread around the house) 2x 5’s 4x 1’s a sound bar and a sub.2 of the 1’s, the sound bar and the sub are my TV sound system.I am moving to a larger house that will support a much bigger TV.In order to have a ‘proper’ 5.1 surround system I want to add a pair of L+R front speakers.Bearing in mind that I do not want, nor have the cash, to upgrade all my SONOS kit to the newer versions, i need a solution that will work with the original hardware.Ideally I would like a pair of floor standing speakers for L+R fronts, the sound bar to act as the centre front speaker and the 1’s (or of possible the 5’s) to act as the rears.I dont think the sound bar gives a wide enough sound stage for true 5.1 surround sound.I have looked at the various kit that SONOS provides and I’m torn between a device that will connect the SONOS system to a standard HiFi A/V amp, but I’m not sure that will give me a signal to the sound bar /sub /rears, or just u

Hi folks, I have a pal who has the same system as me...2 Play 5 Gen2’s and the Sub.He is about to embark on fairly regular business trips(lasting about a week each time).I am asking this in his name…...Since he feels more comfortable not having his system plugged in while he’s away, can he “safely” shut it off(pulling the plugs, obviously) for say a week at a time and then safely re-plug everything in.Basically,if the system has been in a plugged in mode, with all components on for a while, does turning it off occasionally have a negative side effect,is his concern.I myself don’t know either.Greatly appreciate “thoughtful” feedback.Much thanks

I currently play my music through a Sonos play 3 And am thinking of buying a Sonos one gen 2  will these pair up ok as there will be both Olin the same room

I changed my password in Sonos,  Now the sonos S2 app will not log in with that same password.
