All I would need is a line in from my dj controller to Sonos port? Wanted to confirm this before making the purchased.

I have DJ controll/turn table, I want to use it with m Sonos 5.1 system. If I buy the Sonos Port, will it resolve this ?

Not really, unless you’re able to deal with the 75ms delay that Sonos requires on all analog input signals.
Sonos doesn’t make any good way to use their system for DJs, although I suppose if you were to get a device to change the line out from that DJ device to an HDMI-ARC signal, you could feed it to a Beam, Amp, or Arc, without getting that delay.
Your better off with a regular non-networked speaker than trying to shoe horn in a Sonos solution.
