Unlikely. The change in the ‘chassis’ between gen 1 and gen 2 was fairly significant. The new Five is much closer to the PLAY:5 gen 2.

Not offhand. I’d be looking at the web sites of folks who manufacture both types of stands, maybe Flexson? But you may need to do research in the web archives in order to find information about the older style stands, I’m not sure anyone still sells them.
