Connecting is a damn nuisance. Often turn the speaker on and struggle to get a connection. No other Bluetooth product has ever given me a problem, but Sonos does.

Hi the wifi and true play won't connect on the sonos app anymore so can't listen to spotify...

I used to happily listen to Radio Swiss Classic IT on Sonos. Then came the 'Catastrophe'!The station disappeared and I cannot get it back. The radio station say there is nothing wrong at their end. I guess it must be more fallout from the disastrous software update?

I have a movie room that’s 18’ x 39’. Two sub 4’s are not sufficient. The rear of the room is dead compared to the front.  We have two Sub 4’ in the front corners, and we want to add two more Sub 4’s in the rear corners of the room, but Sonos does not allow more than two subs to be connected to an Arc Ultra.Is there a way around this without getting two sonos amps and running another brand subwoofer from a sonos amp?

I have just purchased a second Play1 to pair with my original one. No problem playing them individually but pairing just will not happen. I get the message saying pair with the same model, well they are!

I just installed the Tunein app on my iPhone, I added Tuneis as a service to my Sonos app. I am trying to listen to a podcast and it plays through my Sonos speakers “Welcome to Tune-in!” and it plays a 30-second advertisement… but the actual podcast itself never starts playing. I press the Play button again and the “Welcome to Tunein” 30-second advertisement starts playing again. How do I get the actual podcast to play? Also, I tried to listen to the same podcast through the iHeartRadio service and it said “Unable to play (podcast name) the connection to iHeartRadio was lost”. How do I fix this? All I want to do is listen to my favorite podcast through Sonos!

Hi, I know this question was already asked several years ago, so I thought maybe it’s been updated since.I’ve got an Arc Ultra, Sub 4, and 2 300s, and I’d like to use a different configuration when listening to music then when watching TV. Basically, I’d like turn off the surround sound, when listening to music.Anybody know how to do that easily?Thanks everybody.

I have 6 x Sonos Ones and SL’s, 2 x Sonos Amps and 3 x Sonos Ports which, as you can imagine, was a huge investment on my part to channel my YouTube Streaming Music via my Android phone across my property. Recently YT Music (YT) stopped working. When I try to play a YT playlist, I get the spinning circle of death on the play symbol. On the 1 time out of 15 it works, shuffle no longer works. Or it plays one different song then repeats the 4 songs its already previously played. Then it goes back to not playing at all.     I have unlinked my account, relinked, reset my router, ‘forgotten’ my entire system, reset and reconnected every one of my components, uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, relinked YT, and relinked components. Sonos S1 gives me a really helpful option to download a google chrome app instead of downgrading my system to work on the S1 App.I see you can connect to the system by bypassing the Sonos App completely and connect directly to the system via the Spotify app. Howev

Long time Sonos user (>10 years). First time post.I have been using the S1 app until now as part of my system was not compatible with S2/New App.Removed Play 5 (Gen 1), added Era 300 and moved to New App today.More painful than expected and needed to do a factory reset on each item and add into new system in New App. Finally got set up, however I am not able to use the queue function. Play Now, Play Next and Add to end of Queue all do not work (across all streaming apps and music library via NAS).Replace Queue does seem to work, with music starting immediately. Tried a reboot of router, reboot of all products and reboot of app. No change.is the queue problem still a known issue or should it be working?Any ideas on how to resolve much appreciated. Thank you 

Hello,I use my 2 Era 100 + sub mini with an Apple TV, so with Airplay 2.After about 30 minutes, no sound...I need to unplug and replug (power off, then power on) the Era 100 to be able to have the sound again.Is it a known problem? How to fix it?Thanks for your help and advice.BR

Primary Sonos one was disconnected for a time.  Now cannot report or reboot it.  Help

It shows I’m signed in to my account but I cannot login as the system owner. It’s an endless loop, I have uninstalled, reinstalled the app, and done everything I can think of short of wiping the whole system and starting over. Help please. 

I’m running Google Home, with both Nest Mini (2nd Gen) and Nest Hub (2nd Gen) devices, and a Sonos system comprised Sonos Ones and Sonos Fives.I have added “Works with Google” to the Google Home for Sonos, and set my Sonos speakers as the default speaker for each of my Google Home devices. This worked perfectly to allow me to play music from Spotify and control it using voice commands to Google.In the last few months, it’s stopped working.If I ask a Nest Mini (2nd Gen) device to play music, it works as expected, playing on Sonos as it always has.If I ask a Next Hub (2nd Gen) device to play music, Google responds and says it’s playing on Sonos, but nothing actually plays. If I start music playing on Sonos from my phone and then ask a Nest Hub what’s playing, it can tell me - so it’s as if Google can get information from Sonos, but not give it commands.I’ve tried Sonos support and didn’t resolve the issue. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but I still get no sound output. I have different user profiles in my Amazon music account for different people in my household. I can access Amazon music through the Sonos app, but it doesn’t see the profiles in Amazon music. How do I fix this?I use the Android Sonos S2 app.

Why are my 300s coming on by themselves???????

A while ago I upgraded from Era 100’s to 300’s in my living room and I am now trying to swap an old Sonos speaker for one of the 100’s. It now says that I have a “Living Room 3” set up and that my “Office” no longer has something connected.How do I delete the 100 from whatever room it is trying to be in to reassign it to another room that used to have a different speaker assigned to it?

The volume slider keeps disappearing from the app.  The SONOS app is garbage, but the inability to control volume now makes the speakers GARBAGE too. Wednesday I switched internet providers.  WiFi in new router was configured the same as previous router, including same name and password.  SONOS speakers would not reconnect, even after cycling power.  Create a new WiFi network and follow instructions to use app to change network settings.  Only 1 of 3 speakers come back.  Nothing would bring those speakers back.  Following other threads on this forum, did factory reset on speaker.  App could finally find the speaker, but stated I could not use the speaker until firmware update.  WTF.  Updated.  App still said I needed to update firmware to use speaker, but also told me the firmware was up to date.  WTF.  Following another thread on the forum, cleared app data and cache… no help… and uninstall / reinstall app.  Both non-functional speakers request update.  Perfoem update and finally get

In the iOS app, I would like to be able to add multiple podcast episodes at once to the play que. E.g. by clicking the three dots of a podcast show and choosing “Add to End of Queue”. Today, in the TuneIn or Sveriges Radio channels, it is not possible to add multiple/all episodes in one click to the que. Unlike songs/albums/playlists in the Spotify “channel”, you have to add each podcast episode manually, one by one. Very tedious.It is a mystery why this simple ”feature” has not been added yet. After all, the ability to play podcasts has been around for 10 years or so.In the desktop app it is easier to add multiple episodes though, than in the iOS app. Another podcast related problem is to add podcast episodes in chronological order (or simply reverse the play order of the que). Many podcasts is published with the newest episode at top. But in some cases, as with audio books published by free public radio, this is creates a problem, since you want to listen to the book podcast episodes

I have a sonos amp to tv with in ceiling speakers. All worked fine for a couple of years. Intermittent audio from tv for a mouth or so now no audio from tv but all fine streaming music just no tv audio. I’ve changed HDMIs over and still the same issue. Any ideas?
