Sonos move is not bluetooth pairing . Blue light is flashing but sonos device is not detecteble in any of my device. Kindly assist
My Roam just arbitrarily stopped playing music. Bluetooth shows paired with my iPhone. Battery is at 95%. Turned off/on my iPhone and Bluetooth and still nothing.
I designed and 3D printed a mount to support the Move on the beach. It securely holds the speaker on a section of PVC pipe above the sand/ground. The speaker is easily removed/installed. If anyone is interested reach out to me on reddit: https://reddit.com/r/sonos/s/N7xuJF2A5l
Why does my move keep disappearing off my app ? Also have to factory re set to bring it back.My move also drops in & out of music. It's not moved when this happens.
I own 10 sonos models all new generations and this is by far the worst product I’ve ever purchased from any electronics company. Battery is dead after 13 months of purchase. WTF sonos!! You offer no options to replace faulty batteries and warranty isn’t covered after 1 year. I’ve had a Bose sounding Bluetooth speaker for over 6 years and that’s still going strong. In my opinion; When it comes to product quality for the roam; well what can I say other than this has been the biggest company disappointment for me and I would never, and I’ll repeat; I would NEVER buy a Bluetooth speaker again from Sonos. Ever!!! This product really sucks. I assume the SL roam Will have the same issue in the long run. Therefore, I would never risk spending my hard working money on buying another even if I was offered a 50% off from the company. That says a lot! Buyer beware; this is a common issues and I would pass on this speaker if you’re considering it as a purchase. Everyone should report this purc
I just got two sonos move to add my the sonos ray and the sub mini….the sound is terrible, it keep dropping outit interrupt all the time…i have to setup the sound of my moves lower than the ray+sub mini….is it normal?i wish i could return em and get the moves 2 but its been 2 months alreadyi cant even charge the speakers with my MacBook pro, chargerim very mad…..i need help with hte sound cuts
I’ve now had two Sonos Roams and both have died on me (i.e. refuse to switch on) after less than 1.5 years. There is obviously a defect with this product as I see a lot of others have the same problem. I’d like to hear from anyone who literally has been using a Roam for >1.5 years successfully. Or are you someone who has been using a Roam only to have it die on you <1.5 years?
Sonos roam wireless charger not charging
Hi!!I bought a Sonos Roam S2, i downloaded the Sonos App and i followed the steps for register the device, but i’m looping between register the device and factory reset. For some reason while is connecting to Wifi network the Sonos App says something like “connection lost to sonos”, and i try connect again, the device appears connected to the network BUT the app tells me “"your sonos system must be factory reset before you can register it to a new account”, and here begins the loop. I dont know what happens. Please help with this issue. Thanks,
I need to get a wireless system for our members bar in a tennis club which has 2 separate areas? What would you recommend?
Our Sonos Move says it is playing music, but it is not.
I have Sonos Move and it will not charge. I have tried the one post that has been reposted over and over and it just does not work. It is completly dead. Any help on this battery issue?
It seems a recent update has impacted the touch control functionality. It used to be that disabling touch controls would only impact the functionality that reacts to touch. Recently, however, when touch controls are disabled, you can no longer switch between Bluetooth and WIFI functionality. Is anyone else having this issue?
I’ve had this happen twice now while camping. I successfully pair the Move to my phone via bluetooth and listen to music. But then someone accidentally hits the bluetooth/wifi button, and the Move starts looking for wifi. Since there is no wifi in the wilderness, it just goes into a loop. There is no way to cancel and re-pair to bluetooth. And then my Move is bricked for the rest of the camping trip. This is not a one-off. Is this a product flaw, or is this product just not made for camping? If I got the sonos Roam, would that help, or would it have the same issue?
Hi guys,I've tried google for the answer but all of them couldn't answer my question. I've bought a pair of Sonos Era 100 recently and would like to use it for my desktop setup (in my bedroom) via bluetooth. I use my L for the main speaker for the bluetooth connection and set up the R in the Sonos App and made it a stereo set. However, whenever I'm watching a movie/listening to spotify music, the R speaker keep having the issue of breaking off for like 1 sec and reconnects back but the L speaker works just fine.I've tried reset, unplugging and waiting for 10s and none of it works. The closest answer I've found online is move the speaker closed to the bluetooth source, which is my CPU and its directly next to my R speaker.Any inputs are welcome, thanks guys!
Playing music on my Roam is a very frustrating hit and miss thing. Sometimes it works, but more often it doesn’t. Never had this problem with JBL bluetooth speakers. It works great on wi-fi, but not when travelling. It shows the connection on my phone and music is playing, but no sound comes out of speaker. I have turned off speaker and un paired and re paired in many different instances and still no go. I can’t figure out what I do differently when the music actually plays. I am using this only when not in my home with the wi fi connection. Anyone have similar issues? Have any fixes?
We have recently moved house and tried to set our our various Sonos speakers again but are having trouble with one of the Move’s. We can get it working correctly for 2 or 3 seconds but then the volume drops down to 15 automatically and we can hardly hear it. If we put it up again the same thing happens. Any ideas ?
HelloI know this is a popular problem and while I ve tried many suggestions I still have havent solved it.I recently changed my wifi with a new modem router provided by my ISP. Now I am not able to connect to it, did the reconnect procedure on the app many times and it fails when connecting to the new wifi with error "Connection problem". The new wifi uses a single SSiD for both 2.4 and 5g channels. Not sure if this is related. I was able to reconnect all my devices on the new wifi (even some dumb AC controller device) but the move... Help appreciated!
good afternoon.I have two sonos roam (stereo pair) that I play via wifi.I could connect a third sonos roam, I understand that it would no longer be stereo, but in mono.thank you

Hello Sonos lovers!I have had my Move for about 2.5 years now, and love it. I use it almost every day for 2-3h unplugged, then return it to its base. On occasional weekends, we use it fully for around 8h or so (maybe more?).However today for the first time, it started running consistently out of battery after about 1 to 1.5h playing. But what is weird is that after only about 10min on its charger base, it shows 100% battery, which makes me feels something is fishy. Last time I put it on charge today it literally went: 2% 7% 9% in about 2 min, then I looked again 5min later and it showed 100%. Surely it doesn't charge that fast. It's as if the system thinks the battery is empty when it is not!Anyone has advice/experience with this? Thanks!
Hi, I bought a Sonos Move some time ago. I have been using with my Iphone using the bluetooth option and so far it worked perfect. This week I bought a second Sonos Move in order to pair both speakers and I downloaded the Sonos App. The new Sonos I just bought appeared inmediately but the first one does not. I have tried several things to fix it but nothing works so far.
So I had a Starlink 1st generation satellite in our previous home. I bought a Netgear router and was able to hook up the Move no problem. We sold the home with the Starlink. In our new home I bought a 2nd gen Starlink, purchased their ethernet adapter, hooked up the same Netgear router, and I cannot get the darned thing to connect. I split the 2.4 and 5 ghz channels and cannot connect to either one. I tried bypassing the Starlink router completely - still no luck. Each time I get as far as ‘There was a problem connecting yoru Sonos Move to “ “.
Every time I connect to the Roam using the Sonos app the LED turns blue on the Roam. Seems wrong? Seems the LED should be white on wi-fi, not blue.
