My new Roam doesn’t make any sound. The app says it’s connected, and when I play a song, the small gif of playing music (in the app) indicates music is playing (it actually is if I add another speaker) but on its own, the roam is silent. The lights are on, it has 25% charge, but it just doesn’t play. It’s on the same network as all my other speakers. Any ideas please? Thanks

I’ve sorted it. I turned the Roam off completely as opposed to just letting it go into sleep mode. When I restarted it, it was fine.

What color is the LED light on the Roam? Is the light blinking or solid? Are you streaming music over WiFi or Bluetooth? Have you increased the volume on the Roam?
