I tried to charge and start my Roam, but when I turned it on, NO POWER, so I tried to charge it with its USB-C cord and it would still NOT TURN ON! I can’t reach Sonos Support because I have to wait on phone for 65 minutes! Any ideas??
What’s the best way to connect my Sonia mu speakers to Bluetooth?
Hi. Got my first Sonos Speaker and problems from very begining.…1. Connectig via wifi via Sonos app and can't do it. After "conecting' app shows notification, than speaker has been conected but can be not visible in device list, and if that the case, than should turn off the speaker, turn it on again and set uo mode and add it, but once doing it, nothing hapens, no device being found. 2. Should I be able to connect Sonos via bluetooth without earlier setting up / connecting speaker via wifi ? If I try to change the mode via mode button to bluetooth, than no blue light appear, always white one.... Pls help as Im thinking about returning the speaker to the shop and broken one… Thank You!
All was fine with 16.1 but since 16.2 update, I can't add my roam to any groups. Keep getting the standard ‘unable to connect, try again later.' I can play music directly to the roam, just can't group it. Any thoughts?
I got a sonos sl roam which i can't use. It wont go to bluetooth mode only shows white light, it wont update software despite following instructions post errors being followed to the letter... generally think i should return it as i have not had this kind of issue setting up anything before. Tried tech support line but there was a 90 minute wait. So asking the community for advice
Received a Sonos move as a gift for fathersday and spend 24 hours trying to get it to connect. Still haven’t gotten it to connect even though I can see it connected to my home network the device does not show up in the Sonos app also spent about 3 hours on the phone with Sonos tech support no resolution. So happy I got the gift receipt back to the store . Device is GARBAGE
I connected 2 move 2s as a stereo pair for wifi. When I try connecting to them via Bluetooth, only one plays music. I know they can't play in a stereo pair over Bluetooth (kind of annoying since many cheaper Bluetooth speakers can) but one speaker literally won't play music. Even if I only connect to the one that has no audio via Bluetooth. I removed the stereo pair, then reset the speaker, and reconnected. Then both would play over Bluetooth. Once I made the stereo pair again, one wouldn't play music over Bluetooth again. It's like it's a master/slave or something once the stereo pair is made. I can connect to the one that plays no audio as I hear a chime when connected to Bluetooth, but no audio comes out.
With new software my Sonos won’t connrct
I have a Roam SL. I am considering getting another Roam to form a stereo pair. But I see that I can’t order SL now and Roam 2 is all I get. Can Roam SL + Roam 2 form a stereo pair?

Given the very lengthy waits for telephone or chat support I would loin to submit a warranty return claim online; this is possible according to Sonos web site but I cannot find the location of the necessary form.Hopefully someone reading this can provide the URL to initiate an online warranty claim?Thanks
I have seen other posts about this topic and knowing Sonos support I highly doubt there is a response that actually works but here goes. I have two Move 2's set up as a stereo pair that continually stop playing 30 seconds into any song. What I have tried to resolve:Restarted routerRestarted speakersRestarted phoneTested wifiRe-paired speakersFull shutoff of phoneStarted from new install again (most annoying)And it continues to happen. As I have posted before; I love the speakers when they work as they have incredible sound but the Sonos software is the worst and riddled with bugs.Hoping there might be a fix but my hopes aren't high per all the previous experience I have had.Sean
I have a rather big Sonos system with 3 Roams, 2 Move, 1 port, 2 One, 3 IKEA’s, 3 Boosts (big house) and 1 amp. It works very well apart from 1 Roam refusing to update after the new app came out. All the other units updated fine.The Roam in question keeps giving me the error 30 no matter what I do. I have talked to support - they could not solve it. Anyone here with an idea?Longshot: Is it possible to go to a friend’s ‘Sonos house’ and try an update there - and then return to my house with the Roam and re-connect it… or will it take a factory reset leaving me with the error 30 again…? Can I reconnect a Roam somehow without the factory reset?
The balance on my Sonos Move App no longer works, it worked great up until today June 16th, 2024.How can I fix this? I’ve tried resetting and that didn’t work.
The move is lacking for true outdoor fun like tailgating or beach parties, and offers no Bluetooth stereo pair to even get close. A $150 Tribit blows their best offering out of the water. Sonos can deliver here. Give me 2 Moves, a sub mini and a handle bonded together with10 hour battery, WiFi & Bluetooth. $1099
My Roam will no longer connect to WiFi. I have tried adding it as a new speaker in the app. The unit is detected and goes through the adding process until you reach the add to WiFi section. I receive a message that is unable to be added to WiFi. I have re enterd the WiFi password and tried a different network. I have split my network to 2.4ghz and 5ghz. I have also tried resetting the roam and router. The problem began after splitting the network. All my other Sonos devices are working fine on the new network.
So following the awful update I now cannot update my roam. No problem with WiFi but error code 1.000
Recently purchased a Beam 2. There is a terrible humm/hiss that is constantly in the background. When you pause the music, it continues to humm / hiss for about 1 second and then you hear a click and the humm stops.This is using via the app and via bluetoothIt is very noticeable and actually hard to now use the speaker.. Anyone else have this issue?
I got my Roam today and wanted to try to stream the TV singal from the Beam to the Roam. But everytime i try to group the Roam with the Beam i got a message like this “Not able to connect, try again later” (to be accurate its german and says: “Eine Verbindung ist leider nicht möglich.Bitte versuche es später erneut.”)Also pressing the playbutton doesn’t help.I tried it very short(1 beep), bit longer( 2 beeps), and even thrid beep. but nothing happens. The roam appears normaly in the app, so its connected to my system. If i try to use it with spotify it works fine as single device but i am not able to use it at the same time with the beam or any of my 5 SL One Deivces. What i already have tried:Restarted Network(Router)Restarted all Devices (Beam, Roam, SL one’s)Restarted Phone.Set wifi to only use a single Channel.Nothing worked out. Please help.
