Sonos Roam won’t connect with other speakers

Same as problem previously closed, neither of my 2 Roams will connect with other speakers, though I can connect them to SONOS alone.  My app is apparently up to date.  Any ideas please ?

Fixed it, needed manual system update, even though auto update was on … you update system rather than components, even though one component seemed to be behind the rest.  Frustrated by SONOS S2 changes like everyone else.

Is it on the same network as your other speakers? Are all devices up-to-date? How are you trying to “connect with other speakers”, and what speakers are they? Do you get any error messages?

Thanks for quick pickup.  Same network, one Roam connecting and playing OK with other speakers.  Other still not connectable to speakers even after forced restart.  Where can I see if some firmware updates needed ?  (iPhone and iPad apps up to date, use web for MacBook.). Other speakers connect via Port ok.  Error messages “Unable to connect, try again later” (IPad/iPhone apps), and “Something went wrong” (web/MacBook).
