Returning a faulty product purchased in another country

I purchased an L-Sonos Roam in Switzerland in November 2023 and have since moved to another European country.

The battery on the Sonos has never really worked well, sometimes it would turn on and sometimes not. But until now, I have been too busy to deal with it.

My question is, how do I return it using the 2 year warranty? I have tried calling the customer service number but there are no options for returns, I tried the online chat, but the bot can’t help and said that there were no agents available to help. I have tried looking online but cannot find what I need.

So if any of you can help, I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Thanks Ken,

It wasn’t a charging issue, in fact I am embarrassed to say that I just missed the latest update. After updating it works fine.

Thanks for taking the time to answer though.

Sounds more like a charger issue - what is the power output in (V x A) watts? Maybe try a PD certified charger with a 15w power output. (Note you will need to use a ‘different’ usb-c to usb-c cable with that charger).
