Sonos Roam 2 wireless charger led blinking red

Plugged in two wireless chargers for the roam 2 today and the chargers led is blinking red and not charging. I am using the adapters that comes with the chargers.

A blinking red LED on a Sonos device usually means error or fault: Our LED guide lists what each colour means.

Since you have flashing red, I’d recommend contacting our support team for further assistance, as they have the necessary tools available to help you troubleshoot this.
